“We we’re told not to have a follow up order and somewhat declined our orders rudely...”Me and My Friends went to SM Dasmarinas to have dinner after a long day at school. We we’re really craving for BonChon’s Bibimbowl and went inside with enthusiasm. We went inside and looked for a seat that would accompany all four of us. We saw a table and layed our things, when the crew saw us getting to the seat he rudely threw the “reservered” sign and said “Bawal diyan”. So as told, we went to the seat far away from that table. Once we adjusted and was ready to order. We went to the cashier and tried to order. The crew again rudely said “Wala kaming Bibimbowl”. We said uhm “ Chicken na lang po”. The crew replied in a rude tome “wag na kayong ng follow up ah?!” and madly punched our order. With our initial reaction we felt that the branch didn’t want us as customers. We politely said “Wag na lang po” after that he went out the cashier and just ignored us as if he didn’t treated us so badly. We do all understand that it was a long day for your crew, but always remember that respect begets respect. We entered the food chain politely and respectfully and we got treated badly. We as students had a long day too, but having treated badly like that made the situation even worse. Hopefully you get to our concern, It’s not that a big deal but somehow it might affect how your crew treats customers without your surveillance.

Cons: Booth seats are already dilapidated. Cashier not welcoming.Pros: Food are delicious.

Bimbimbowl variants are really the best! The Jampong soup is very good too.

Ordered 2 pc bonchon chicken. The first drumstick smells like rotten eggs so I had it replaced. The next one also smells the same. I LOST MY APPETITE AFTER THAT. Rotten eggs smell is a sign of ammonium content, people!
