I know marame kayong inaassist eh hello normal yun dun nga sa BDO Kadiwa mas marame pa tao pero 1 oras lang ako nag aantay kasi efficient sila hindi tulad dto sa BPI Branch na to akala mo OJT ang mga nagtatrabaho eh kabagal kumilos...

I am here now and ive been waiting for quite sometime now. Customer service lane is so slow. You can see the tellers talking to each other and giggling infront of the customer theyre assisting. So unprofessional. No wonder it takes them a long time to call the next number. So annoying!
