Same high-quality experience you get at other Brunos. You may need to sit for a few barbers before you find someone you can work with long term, but thats normal when looking for a new barber. Ive settled with Sonny Boy because he takes his time and tries to make sure everything is how I like it, and he may be a good fit for you, but try others if he isnt.

Staff are very accomodating, waiting area is clean and they serve snacks while as you wait.

I wanted a specific haircut. Brought a picture of said haircut. Showed picture to the stylist and was confirmed that it can be done. Offered stylist to see picture for comparison, stylist refused and said he got it. Stylist asked before shampoo if hair was ok (Bad sign #1). Hair looks too short (Bad sign #2) but I said to shampoo and gel to see how it turns out. Hair was brushed differently (Bad sign #3). Couldve gotten the same haircut from a budget barber. Will not recommend.

Getting a haircut, and getting pampered whole doing it. you get exactly the haircut you asked for. barbers there are very professional.

Love the service and the extra effort on providing refreshments to patrons. Barbershop is also clean.

The receptionist is not paying attention, she only tends to her phone while were inquiring. Uncomfortable waiting area. Seats are stools only, no backrests.

No waiting area for customers and customers company. Pricing is probably unjustified, couldve gone to a regular barber. Nothing special. Receptionist and manager doesnt seem to be in a good mood to greet customers. lol
