Worst Max’s branch. The place is dirty and it smells bad. Serving time takes more than 30 minutes which is longer than the expected time of 15-20 minutes.

It is our 1st time dinning in maxs abreeza mall davao and thinking to have the same service from the other branch. I was totally devastated. 5 out of 5 foods that we want to have is not available. Since i am working in food industry, i know how to feel sorry for unavailability. It was quote to be 15-20 mins but food came up 30-40mins. Expecting to have complete and perfect food. Rice is serve 1st then after 10mins here comes the viants. We ordered large plain rice, sinigang na baboy, half regular fried rice and SIZZLING GAMBAS. everything is there but gambas seems not sizzling and the egg is really raw. I returned the food and when it came in. The egg is well done and our gambas is still not sizzling. As we eat out lunch with unsatisfying food and service we ask 2x in different waiter for service water until the end of our meal our water is still not serve. So far. This is the WORST DINNING EXPERIENCE i ever got!

Great service and very proactive on customers needs.. Thank you Jeric, Clara and Mark for being so accomodating.. (these are names of the crew staff in Maxs Abreeza) Keep it up!!

There legendary Maxs Chicken taste good :-) they had bakery products too.
