Among the 3 foodchains in Concepcion, I prefer KFC over Jollibee and McDo simply due to ample parking at the back. This became my regular tambayan for a good cup of hot coffee.

Very accomldating staffs, great place. Bathrooms are super clean.

Fairly fast service and tasty chicken

Its good nice have already kfc here in our town cpn no need to go in other places.and the chicken is bigger delicious and especially the staff their good enough to assist the customers.

Took too long to take orders. Only 1 counter was open. Evidently the store was understaffed. No one is minding the dining area. The girl who took my order wasnt listening to what I ordered. She had to void the transaction but the manager was busy doing other things and said to void it later. It was her mistake but shes not taking it professionally. Nagdadabog pa while preparing the order. While preparing the order, she said theres no more coke zero, which is what I ordered. I said just cancel the drink as I do not want sugary drinks. Mas lalo pa sya nagdabog. Lol. Ended up not getting my receipt. Thats fine but to me but BIR wont be happy about that I suppose.
