Oct 30,2017 around 7:50pm arrival there halos kunti plang tao nung time na yanNung nakaupo na kmi ng husband ko kinuha nila order nmin sabi ng waiter 25 mins daw after 30 mins wala padin order nmin follow up ng husband ko ask ulit nila order nmin tapos wait lang daw after 15mins wala padin follow up ulit husband ko sabay serve ng halo halo.antay na nman ulit kmi after 15mins wala pdin order nmin so I decided to leave the resto so sad experienced npaka worst sa lhat ng resto napuntahan nmin dto lang nmin naranasan!hindi po ata well trained mga tauhan nila.

Ok d2 sarap mga pagkain kaso ang init sa loob hina ng aircon

Ok lang luto nila masarap at malinis

Superb ang chili sticks nila

Sisig is delicious!

Food is good but servers are not attentive. We entered the place and seated and nobody attended to us until we called their attention. The comfort room almost seems like a public comfort room, not clean.

I didnt appreciate the food specially the rice it looks like dried lugaw too much soft and overwatered cook and the sotanghon guisado was tasteless...an ordinary sotanghon guisado in a pack

Waiter served our table with wrong set of meal. We only knew when we finished the meal since they only told us when we asked for bill out. Weve eaten all so we just have to pay. Kind of expensive tho. Please check ahead before serving a meal since some customers just eat what being served.

If theres anything theyre good at, its their terrible customer service. Orders for a plain meal will take about more than 20 minutes. Wondering why it takes long to order a Dinuguan meal with rice in a very not-so-restaurent-esque presentation. Request for a water, theyll hand u a perfectly warm one. Understaffed mostly, I wonder why they dont need additional staff here.

I have been to Kuya J i. McKinley and I should say their service was great so I decided to take my family abd have dinner in Kuya J Bacoor Junction. Upon arrival, there was a family on queue at the waiting area but there was no personnel to receive the customers. As we were waiting to be seated, still no one bothered to ask us and there was this family who just went inside and asked one of the waiters for a table. I asked the waiter if they had a reservation and he answered “No.” I told him that we were waiting outside to be called and complained that we came first. So, he gave us our table and we immediately ordered. We were advised that the food will be served in 25-30mins but to our dismay, food came after more than 30mins and the kids were already hungry and irritated. To cut the story short, food were served and as expected, tasted good. However, there were missing sauces and it took sometime for them serve. From my observation, there was no coordination of the staff though it looked like they were all busy. But they are missing the point, someone should be receiving walk-ins and coordinate with other staff who setup the tables. I didn’t feel that the staff was all prepared and anticipated the number of customer who will be walking in on a Sunday. There are still a lot to improve, it is not just the food that keep customers from coming back but the whole customer experience. If you plan to visit, you should book a table or make a reservation or try some other branch if reading this review make you cringe.

Waiter gave wrong info (store hours, food availability). Floor is dirty and sticky. Krispy kang kongs batter still uncooked from inside. Sisig plate had fresh egg but the sizzling plate wasnt hot enough to cook it. Also,sisig was lean, and almost looks like shredded adobo, no fat, no pig cheeks or ears.

It is very cozy. Love it

45 mins serving time when they said 15-20mins. Not even the appetizer showed up within that 15mins.

Food are good specially crispy pata. Though kind of expensive.
