Went here two years ago and had a good experience but this time it was horrible. Made a reservation for 4 people in the main dining area upstairs, the hostess was too lazy and claimed the reservation was only made for 2 but she could sit us on a high top in the bar area next to a bunch of drunk guys… not a steakhouse experience but agreed. It felt like a frat house event. After finding the confirmation email I told my server, Cesar, why? I don’t know I guess I was just in a bad mood after the hostess was rude. Honestly the bar area was just awful but Cesar went above and beyond with his amazing service. And Lupe, I’m pretty sure that’s his name, we’re awesome. It was not worth it, the experience was awful the bar was too loud and made it feel like I was paying steakhouse prices for a Chili’s but I do want to recognize amazing service provided by Cesar and Lupe.

Overall it was a good experience. We went late in the evening on a week night. It wasnt to busy. The ambiance is wonderful. The food was okay. My steak was chewy and over cooked.Id go back but I wont order steak.

First of all the staff and manager are amazing . I ordered the MJ steak and it was like no other steak Ive ever tasted before. I flew in from Miami with my lady for our anniversary and they treated us like celebrities lol. Even threw in a lava cake with ice cream on the house. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the manager for her dope personality she was everything and the staff did an amazing job

Yummy but expensive! I totally expected to pay the price, but there is a lack of decor and not as Michael Jordan as we thought it would be. I think my 4 stars are because I ordered the same martini 3 times and everytime it was different. I asked the server if the person who made the 2nd drink could make my last and she said its the same bartender. Weird as each lemon drop martini tasted completely different every time. Stick with the recipe to keep your patrons happy. Simple as that!

The food was delicious. I had the steak frites and mac n cheese. As well as onion soup.

I compare it to an overpriced Applebees. If I wanted a $60 steak cooked in the oven I would have stayed at home. The waitress disappeared and didnt offer Ice tea and we still havent gotten any bread. First night in Chicago Im not impressed. We call and they mentioned business causal and we arrived to see people in shorts and gym shoes. First and Last visit to this establishment. Michael Jordan shouldnt have his name on this spot.

OMG!!! The best steak I have ever had! I enjoy fillets at Ruths Chris, Sullivans, Smith and Wolenskys, Joes Stone Crab, etc., the bone-in fillet at MJs is hands down the best! Melts in your mouth, cooked to perfection. Oh, and have the garlic bread with fondue appetizer; definitely not on your diet plan, but delicious!
