Cushing is a rare company that makes it easier for me to do my job, and for that I cant thank them enough! The team at cushing have just been brilliant. We are a London, UK based creative agency and being remote is always a worry. But Cushing & Co pulled out all the stops to provide an excellent service. We shared artwork via FTP and worked out the logisitics via zoom video calls. Even throughout the installation process we were kept in the loop with facetime updates. Cushing is a company that sincerely cares about their clients. I was involved in their marketing events series - a series of workshops offered to Cushing clients and partners to educate them about marketing strategy and tactics. The events were very well organized and Cushing customers received a ton of value. Its rare to see a company that provides such a high level of excellent educational resources to their clients.

I am hesitant to write this review since I had a great initial conversation with a representative at Cushing. Since 12/30/20, I have yet to hear back from her regarding my decals for a new business. Unfortunately, I will be opening in less than two weeks and do not have as much as a proof for my office windows. I cant help but feel neglected as a customer, but would be willing to update this review if someone would be willing to come forward and remediate the situation.
