Genes Bistro review: Website Menu was out of date. Had to go to back of line. Menu was hidden (posted on inner wall of restaurant). Service was very slow for an airport. Order was not followed. Horribly understaffed. If I hadnt gotten there within 5 minutes of opening I wouldnt have waited. For what you charge, you should hire people, keep your menu updated, and follow orders.Then there was the food quality. Hot dog and burger were passable. Hot dog bun wouldve been better plain. Worst chips weve ever had, over fried.
THE WORST BAGGAGE CLAIM. No sense of urgency for any one to do their job properly. It’s completely normal to be waiting for your bags for your bags for AT LEAST 45 minutes.
Just flying in waiting room nice. live in California so not as busy traffic wise but still a nice catch. waited for a while though so only gave 3 stars. maybe they can change my mind
This place was horrible from the get go. We were told we could only order from one side of the menu but with an attitude like we should have known that already.......then the burger we ordered took forever. Would not go there for anything but a beer.
Great airport love the one exit for everyone instead of waiting in the terminals rushed like ohare airport!! More convenient for me when i pick up my grandma!!
Very helpful persons who work for the airlines, and the airport they will get you to the right areas if you need help.
Worst airport ever!! One star is far too much credit.
Very busy airport however staff was courteous and the premises were clean.
Still a great airport, but need to open ALL the restaurants! Too many lines!!
Bags always take forever to come out. Waited over an hour on multiple occasions when the baggage claim wasn’t busy
Check-in girl was very rude with a very bad attitude towards customer service this will be the last time I fly with Southwest airlines
Do not fly to this airport if you have any other choice.
