Weather is hot maybe three to four months. Rest of the year not so hot and cool in early mornings. Air is clean not polluted. Community is peaceful. Ten minutes to ayala malls solenad

Safety protocols are not highly implemented

A nice subdivision about 11 km north of Tagaytay. Almost all houses have 2 bedrooms with a size good enough for newly wed couples with 1 or 2 kids.

Good for middle class executives.
