09/23/19 first trip to Giligans. Grabbed menu’s from the box, sat ourselves... waited.. and waited.. 10 minutes. Finally addressed and order taken.. 15/20 minutes later got our tea... another 10 and we got a small bowl of broth. Another 15 and our food arrives.. I took a single bite from the chicken BBQsticks and It felt as though the sticks were just pulled from a refrigerator.... cold! Returned them to the kitchen. The food here was ok, but service sucked a big one. Go there again... maybe

Too much problem with this restaurant.Food is not good and too expensive, the waiter and waitress don’t pay attention for their customers needs. We need to wait half an hour for our food and the worst is they are giving it to your one by one.There’s a big chance for this restaurant to get better it’s just the management. And how they train their staff.

I love the food but the service is slow. And staff is un approachable

The thing thats good here is the food itself, its kinda disappointing because the staffs are too slow and feeling so unwelcomed thru the customer. Im here for the 3rd time and still fail me about the staff services. Its become so worst that asking for a calamansi and some iced tea will take about 30 mins and sometimes forgotten. Worst restaurant services ever.
