Parking is strained and limited. Grocery store was diverse, easy to find things, and very low prices. This particular Gaisano suffers from a lack care and maintenance to the buildings cosmetics. It lends itself to giving an impression that it is a failing store. The employees on the other hand are amazingly friendly and professional,helpful and useful.

Some salelperson and some cashier are not very friendly doesnt know how to entertain a customer.

One of the most budget friendly malls in butuan. They got variety of fastfood stores inside . Its one of the old malls in butuan so its under repair and renovation now. They have bakeshop near the groceries.. Bathrooms are dirty and sometimes no water. Theres also atm stations outside the mall. Very long lines to the cashier during back to school season.

The stuff is working so very slooowly... its really no pleasure to buy here. Three women at the cassa are not able to work quickly. You have to wait 30 minutes until you can pay.

They have plenty of grocery counters, but few cashiers on duty every time I shop for groceries, despite a lot of shoppers. And most of the cashiers dont have anybody to help them pack..

Gaisano prices on their groceries are much higher compare to other grocery stores in butuan. However, its way more cheaper than Puregold and Robinsons.

Very cheap place to buy food but be prepared to wait in long lines!!!
