Gaisano mall for is not nice! its hot lalo na sa baba sa basement.... subrang init... at kulang sa mfa cashiers... ang taas ng pila... its so consuming time, tas ang mga cashiers ang babagal pa nila...how much more kung mg open na si SM.

Just a normal mall. However, this one seems to be one of the oldest in Butuan. However, several malls are starting to be built in Butuan and this one seems to be becoming irrelevant already.

It was great, I had a fun time there.

Gaisano Butuan is a good place to shop at Supermarket, prices are also affordable.Its also near the center of the city that makes it accessible to people.

A mall where you can buy an affordable goods/supply.

Almost all the things i need is in Gaisano Mall in cheap prices. I can also find things easily. Rated 4 stars because some of the sales ladies are unapprochable.

It used to be a great place to shop from clothes to groceries and eat with your family but now it only good for shopping groceries and school supplies. The AC is not working or not cold 90% of the time, parking is not big enough. But, they have started renovating, maybe there is still hope.

The recent make over and additional parking were badly needed. This place is a city landmark as its been been here for decades but the transactions remain ancient and the employees are inattentive (often busy catching up on the latest workplace gossip). I love the price but the long queue to buy 1 or 2 items is a major turn off.

Convenient of parking as well as groceries are wide space alleyway.

Everybodys go-to establishment and now coming soon a 4 level garage for more convenience.

Very hot inside and most of the stores inside the mall are closed.

Simple. I love fries and burgers. Im also happy that they do honor my PWD card for discount. The service crew are pretty, courteous and considerate.

I thought the place is nice especially the Grocery section.

Momenteel volop in renovatie. Broodnodig om nog te kunnen overleven naast de nieuwe luxueuze SM die in februari de deuren zal openen.

Personnels are more accomodating than other mall and it offers affordable products. Their expansion is a good news and more products to choose from.

Big improvement in the building and the shops. No five stars due to the long lines at the cashier check outs. Whats really stupid is there are other checkouts but not open the. So I guess Gaisano just doesnt care if their customers are inconvenienced?

Upon opening of Gaisano Mall in early 2000s it changed the lives of Butuanons, it offered a new perspective on how to shop, dine with family and friends and have a good time while staying in Gaisano mall or what others say G mall. It offers a new level of class and excitement for the butuanons because everything you need you can find it here, they were unrivaled and became butuanons favorite place to go. Almost two decades sinced it opens it still became a favorite spot for people to go becaused it has a lot of things and services to offer that new malls didnt have, their prices are a lot cheaper from Robinsons mall thats why a lot of people do their groceries in Gmall. To catch up with the new mall that opened, they have expanded their parking lot for the comfort of their valued customers, their Suki . If you visit butuan city , dont forget to drop by and Enjoy Gaisano mall. Its very accessable to any kind of transportation, from cabs, taxi or tricycle and the fare is cheap.

The Mall is adapting to the changes happening in Butuan City--they are actually expanding their building now.

Sales ladies at the depart store have almost zero visibility and if you are lucky to find one, you are given a very lousy service. The wet market is most often smelly.

I love going to this mall especially if i need to buy toys for my niece because they got so many toys to choose from and its very affordable. Great place to visit for shopping.

I was amazed of how different the layout of it compared to other Gaisano Ive visited.

OK. Not yet so organized perhaps due to renovation. May need more cleaning and better air all around.

First mall in butuan and offers affordable products compared to other malls there.

This mcdo is good but sometimes its too crowded

Gaisano is very old mall, but with stores and services everywhere!! Currently in the middle of being updated, or remodeled.

Great value when shopping here. If your budget is limited you can shop it here. I shop most of my kitchenwares here. They are cheaper than other malls.

Just a better shop option in the city
