Staffs are accommodating. Hotel is located at the heart of the city. Near restaurants and have access way to Robinson Butuan. Hotel also have big and clean rooms.

Place is quiet, cozy and clean. Its the same building as the Robinsons Mall. And the bus terminal to Cagayan de Oro is at the back of the mall. Very convenient place to be in. I am concerned with the bathroom, it has glass walls and doors. It seems to be unsafe for children as the floor is a little bit slippery. Also the aircon took a long time to cool down the room even at its coldest settings. But its a good place, i will consider to stay here again if I come back to Butuan.

Pros: location, mall, price ($20), easy to get a cab going to/from the city, friendly staff. CONS: cramped room space

Whenever I go to Butuan and stay for a night? Go hotels is the top option for me since its way more cheap than the other hotels. It has no breakfast but the Wi-Fi si so strong, the bed is so comfy and the stuff are really accommodating and assist you with your needs

A good place to stay if youre looking for an affordable hotel. It may not have the usual pool side attraction but it was definitely one clean & comfortable hotel.

Nice cozy place, Their stuff is accommodating with wide air conditioned room And just literally same building in Robinson mall. The thing is you are not allowed to bring food inside the room, if they caught you they will charge you.But everything is nice with a reasonable price.

Inexpensive hotel suited to sleeping as long as you have ear plugs. King bed was firm and comfortable. Windows are single pane and the doors are paper thin allowing all of the traffic and people noise from the busy street to waft in. The staff is friendly but take dirty towels and dont leave clean ones forcing a phone call to the front desk. There is no fridge or tea/coffee in the room. Conclusion: Inexpensive hotel suited to sleeping as long as you have ear plugs.

I have stayed at the GoHotel at many times before. The prior visit the water in the shower and sink came in spurts with no warm water. When I checked in on 10-31-2018 I specifically asked if the water supply problem had been solved. The clerk responded that it had. I was given a room on the 5th floor. I arrived about 8:00 AM and had been travelling about 30 hours from the USA and was ready to shower and go to sleep. I paid the additional 650 PHP to check in early. Entering my room I first turned the AC on and then went to turn the water on in the shower. No surpriese - water on / water off!!! Went back downstairs and asked the clerk if I could speak to the manager. I took a seat and waited. The manager met me in the lobby and I explained that I had stayed at the hotel before and the water was not warm and there was not sustained water. The situation had not improved. I told the manager that I had asked about the water problem and was assured that it was corrected. I got a room on the 4th floor where the water pressure was a little better but the AC had its problems. The service person was excellent. The clerk and manager were no help and did not even comprehend that there was a problem. I had to demand to be moved to another room. I had also asked the front desk to change a 1000 PHP bill so I could pay the van driver. The desk clerk stated that the hotel did not make change. Clerk accepted the 1000 PHP bill for the extra 650 PHP and gave me 350 PHP back

The king bed was huge. Clean towels and bottled water every day. They have their own entrance to the mall, therefore no need to go to the main entrance. They held my suitcase for a few hours after checkout while I waited for my transportation. The location was ideal.

Nice customer service, not so fast internet speed but usable. Good for travellers. Safe and secure. The coolest thing is you can walk to shop at the mall. :)

Clean rooms and good WiFi but the costumer care from the front desk was not so good during our stay.

Water pressure was almost non-existent, the shower cut out every 20 seconds, the aircon leeked on us, I was awaken by the sounds of rodents scratchig in the ceiling above, the wifi got disconnected and my wife was charged a fine for getting a little makeup on a towel

The only things good about this hotel were the people and the location. Staff was excellent. Everything else was filthy and hard to bare. Food and shopping are at your doorstep. Room, bathroom, toilet were disgusting. Towels had a very bad smell. Had to buy my own. Air conditioner had two functions....on/off. Wifi was awful. Had to go to the coffee shop to get online. It was so bad that I actually tried to book another hotel and leave. But I stayed for two days until rooms were available elsewhere. Ive traveled the world and I must say that this is the second worse hotel Ive ever stayed in.

For almost 1 month of staying here with my boyfriend everything in this hotel are so perfectly awesome. It was very relaxing and enjoyable from the shower, the toilet, the comfy bed, the Tv that have hundred of channels, and enjoy surfing on Wifi. The hotel is clean and very much affordable. It is just on the right side of Robinsons Mall so you can do a lot of things and shopping. The staff are so friendly and will give you assistance when you need or want to know something. Sadly where going to leave the hotel tomorrow cause my boyfriend will going back to their country, but the hotel give us so much pleasure and memories to come back again soon. To those who are in vacation here in Butuan City, Philippines I recommend you to choose Go Hotel cause it was so pretty amazing to stay. Thank you so much Go Hotel.

I slept here for a night before my flight back to my home town.. The room was quite clean and nice...clean restroom..you can relax really well.. And if your bored you can directly go to robinsons mall just beside it..

I love how consistent Go Hotels are. But one pet peeve is their comfort rooms and bathrooms. Its kinda... How do you say this, cramped? I prefer the Go Hotels in Pioneer, when it comes to amenities. But nonetheless, affordable and best bang for buck especially if you book months ahead.

The relatively new Go Hotel Butuan is clean and conveniently located in the towns nicest shopping mall. Our room was otherwise perfect, as expected. You can hear the footsteps and chatter of people in the hallway. There is a Jollibee across the street that is open 24 hours and serves a nice breakfast. Value for money would be hard to beat.

Conveniently located by the new Butuan bus terminal and Robinsons mall. Efficient, welcoming and friendly service. Super clean environment, spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and deliciously hot showers. There is spa service for extra pampering aftwr a long trip. The price is certainly right.Bonus that Bos Coffee is just beside the hotel.Go Hotels Butuan is our go-to hotel when in Butuan.If the hotel had a bar, pool and gym/recreation centre, this location would get 5-stars.

Das Go Hotel ist direkt verbunden mit Robinsons Mall auf dem Weg zum Flughafen.Leider hat bei uns überhaupt nichts beim Checkin um 4 Uhr geklappt, das Zimmer war nicht fertig, wir mussten eine unbestimmte Zeit warten und es wurde uns auch nichts angeboten, noch schlimmer: keiner unserer Wünsche über Expedia wurde auch nur versucht zu entsprechen. Dabei war es eigentlich sehr einfach, ruhig, möglichst hoch gelegen und nicht zur Straße. Nun ja, sie haben wohl nur ein Stockwerk und wohl auch nicht viele Zimmer.Das Badezimmer sah aus, als ob es nie richtig geputzt wurde, überall alte Flecken. Alles wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Von der Größe her akzeptabel, die Dusche ist schon älterer Standard.Für Butuan gibt es nicht so viele Alternativen leider, vielleicht am Besten auf einem Zimmer bestehen, welches weit vom Aufzug entfernt ist.Alles in allem nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

I have stayed at Go Hotels twice. Its one of the best value hotels in Butuan. It is also in a very convenient location, inside Robinsons Mall, in Butuan. The rooms are air conditioned, clean, and the staff friendly.I no longer stay at the hotel for one simple reason: Hot Water, or lack of it... The Hotel does offer hot water, however, for about 23 hours and 30 minutes each day, there is only cold water. During the 30 minutes there is Hot Water, but it fluctuates between luke warm and ice cold every 30 seconds.

Chow King 6AM music will blast you out of bed. The hotel itself is fine but I recommend getting a room as far away front the front as possible due to the 6AM Chow King music blast. Bed is comfortable but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything is perfect and also the receptionist gave to warm welcome and also the staffs and the maintenances and the room also is beautiful the only thing that bothers me is that i cannot open the tv using the remotes but it is not a minor set back of all the things that is so astonishing there all in all it is a Pop for me

The toilet kept breaking and took them over a day to fix it! Had to call 3 times to get taken care off. The family was ok with it though it is what it is. A Small room to just sleep in. You get what you pay for but on a bright note, it is in the Robinsons mall complex! easy to get food!

Well, it is in a very good location, the place itself is not that good and not bad at all. Few necessary things was just missing like pair of slippers and i think the wall mounted laptop table is so weak and most lousy creation. No ablution spray in the toilet which is very important. although the ambience of the room is good but still need to repaint because of some dirt-like spots in the floor and walls to make it more clean and look fresh.

We had a nice stay although the first room had a disfunctional aircon, the staff transferred us to another room. The staff were helpful and courteous. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I was so happy when I found this hotel because it is connecting in Robinson mall which I know my kids love it because they can easily go to the mall. There is no on site restaurant but there are restaurants in Robinsons mall. I had a pleasant stay and would surely come back if ever I drop by Butuan.

We went there and it was fully booked. The guard gladly assisted us and referred us to another hotel. He even helped us looked for a tricycle.

I liked the place because its near a big mall when youre in butuan city. So after your shopping and buying you can actually go to your room immediately which is very convenient. So I recommend this place if youre in butuan city.

The hotel is conveniently located beside Robinsons Place Butuan and about 15 mins away from the airport. The lady staff were nice but the gentlemen behind the counters not up to it but I dont care. The rooms were comfortable especially the beds. I recommend this hotel for anyone who will visit Butuan.
