Good BigMac as always but no ones really paying attention to the who is in the priority line, so at 73uears old I just waited until the three much younger customers were served.

Accesible and fast crews

Burgers and french fries have the same taste as every Mc Donald in the world, but burgers are smallers than in Europe and usa unlike in Burger King which have the same size

My nephews love it too. I love everything they have and burger is my favorite.

Drive thru staff was not accommodating

Shared my favourite shakeshake fries with my friends. The staff are so accomodating. The toilet are well clean though sometimes some customers dont know how to properly use the toilet. But the staff cleans it every 15 minutes. The food are delicious especially the fries.

As of now this is the most beautiful and big mall here in Butuan as of now.

Sometimes its not a good place for anyone who would like to eat peacefully haha there are sa many students around studying or just having chit chat

The manager is very incompetent and unprofessional. We chose to eat at mcdo so we could talk longer as its 24 hrs. They could have just asked us to leave instead of raising the volume of their music til we were no longer hearing each other. Obviously, it was intentional since they only did it with the speaker right above our table. When I talked to the crew he apologized but did nothing. Worse was the manager who didnt even recognized their disrespectful and very offensive action. It was almost 12am. 05/14/19

A fadtfood that is not so fast. In my experience during early morn No senior citizen lane or priority lane for pwd n pregnant women.

Cozy place for snacks and dinner, not much with lunch since it tend to get crowded during lunch hours

C est un Mac Do, sans plus... Mais aux Philippines. Donc pas très propre. Et personnel nonchalant. Et clients d un sans gêne incroyable.

Friendly staff. Airconditioned. Clean. Quick food service. Very popular place for students and locals. Busy at most times with lots of customers inside. Parking area can accommodate only a few cars. Lucky if you can find a sweet spot in Gaisanos parking lot. Drive thru option is also available.

The place doesnt have hot sauce. Senior Citizens are not given priority.

Great experience with very approachable,friendly,and smiling staff.I didnt expect that to happen because every McDonalds place Ive been to (especially in Davao City where I am from),sadly,are so opposite to the McDo Gaisano Mall Butuan staff. Thumbs up!
