Le système des mall tel que Robinson est un endroit assez convivial mais cependant beaucoup de philippins viennent pour certains évènements gratuit ou pour se promener en famille ce qui leur permet dêtre à lair frais pour braver la chaleur extérieure de bien souvent 35 voir 38 degrés. Malheureusement cet endroit reste relativement cher et finalement peu de philippins y on vraiment accès financierement. Cest un point très regrettable......

I went to Handyman to some items on 31s october 2020 around 5pm as I went inside it was smelling I first thought may be no Aircon but when I was at the paying counter I was surprised to see that that may be some swear water was dripping , why city should close this area for an inspection as COVID-19 can also be in swear water , please see who in City in charge to follow up on Robinson building , it needs to upgrade as it is unsafe for citizens to use it

Theres a lot of items to choose from and very comfortable shopping here, but on the other side of entrance all cashiers booth should be functional or with available back up cashiers in peek hours to avoid long lines of shoppers. Accepting helmet on baggage area will help a lot.

ZERO STARS Too large queues and never seen basket only service maintained for those who just want a few items. Till under manned for service advertised. Even this review is subject to forced acceptance of a star before being allowed to post negative SO THIS STAR IS USELESS.

The mall should have a standby medical staff. Its a big mall yet dont have a fast medical staff to assist mall goers for emergencies.

I love the place....it is a traffic free city...

Its okay as far as supermarkets go. One thing to complain about is it gets pretty slow sometimes.

Currently largest mall in Butuan City which showcases different stores and varying products from food to clothes to home appliances.

They dont have a counter for bags with electronic gadgets unlike other malls. Laptop is so heavy and youre advised to carry it while youre in grocery? Nah.

They have a very wide range of products available for sale.

Price are expensive but you can find all you want (even french, italian and deutch cheese). If you want good red wine buy any chilean wine since you cant find any french or italian wine (maybe because the prices would be insanely high)

This place is spacious, clean, well organized, grocery shopping, restaurants, 5 floors, theaters, a food court, dentist offices, government office, and pharmacy.

Available in this area are groceries products. Like meats, fruits, canned goods and everything available.

Great variety of products but alway big queues at the cashiers and only a few tills are open at any given time.

It the biggest robinsons mall here in mindanao

Small compared to other malls Ive been to. I hope theyll continue to add more stores and boutiques. They sometimes turn off the escalators might be due to save electricity.

Full-service supermarket with bakery and good meat and poultry selections...

I shop here for variety but it still has a bug problem witch is a signal for cleanliness...

Was a decent supermarket with good selection of food items. Has obviously a management problem. Selection is now very limited wine spirits dairy fresh items. Lots of items which should not be in a supermarket this size T-shirts light fittings. Stacks of dogfood and botteled drinks clutter the shopping area. Shopping carts are almost all damaged. Butuan deserves much better. Just a shameAnd 8 months later it is still the same.Does nobody care in Robinsons, reflects very bad on the management of the place and Mindanao operations.

I like the idea that I can find some imported veggies and good snacks to take out during travel. Just a little bit pricey though but it is more convenient for constant travellers like me.

Comfort rooms are clean

Enfin un espace commercial correct aux Philippines. Cest propre, y compris les toilettes(fait rare dans ce pays) mais bien sûr 2/3 des wc sont constamment hors service. Larges hall, aircon qui fonctionne, nombreuses boutiques ; certaines proposent même des produits occidentaux de bonne qualité. Waouw ! Cerise sur le gâteau : le personnel travaille et est même capable, de temps en temps, de se montrer presque poli. 6 salles de cinéma modernes mais nesperons pas y visionner des films dauteur. Vaste parking. Un point noir : la petite restauration. Difficile de trouver qqchose de mangeable, sauf pour les fans de tambouille locale. Bref, enfin quelquechose de positif dans ce merveilleux pays.

Supermarket cash counters are inefficient. The store is not responsive to the customers needs. they are not concerned on whether the line is long. other counters are not open in spite knowing there are many customers in line.

They have a variety of things available, from imported to local, but they dont always seem to have enough supply. Its like you just get lucky if you find certain things. I often cant find all that I need in this supermarket.
