Good service....Wish they had an elevator or escalator for PWD.

Food here is great! A friend of mine from the US said that he tasted the best sisig here in the hotel. The restaurant is highly recommended, although food sometimes are delivered a bit late. The place is highly recommended when in Butuan although the restaurants capacity is good for 50 pax or so.

It was convenient. The staff went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Felt safe

I like the welcoming and very accommodating receptionist. She is quick to offer assistance. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It’s a nice place to stay for overnight or quick business, without the frills.

It was perfect for a short-term (week) stay, pretty much all I really needed. Downside maybe was no cooler or microwave in room; also no laundry (washer/dryer) service. Excellent daily breakfast and very friendly staff.

Only queen bed provided instead of roomy two bed as pictured.

The room was nice. My bed was really comfy. The food was great. But we had a power interruption and the hotel doesnt have a back up generator to power the water system. They gave us complimentary dinners for the power lost. Still I highly recommend back up generators.

Nice smell and clean rooms. Comfort rooms are also really clean and have a separate door for the shower. So you wont feel uncomfy with wet floor when in the toilet after you shower. Doesnt have a hot and cold shower. Bit pricey for the place. There are some other cheaper same room spaces in the area with the same amenities.They wont give you a menu for the free breakfast and you only have to choose between bacon and ham, no option for vegetarians. One thing I dont get, is that it took them almost an hour to serve a very simple breakfast but the food came cold. Shouldve eaten outside instead as there are some other eating places nearby.

Nice clean rooms. Food was ok. I had an issue with foreign object in food. But the staff took care of it. Laundry was really expensive. Would stay here again as I think it is one of the few “ nice “hotels in the area.

The hotel location was great as well as the cleanliness and friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly. The room is very clean including the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The lighting design and electrical outlet are very nice. The only thing I see which need to be improve is the breakfast. But the hotel is great. Given a chance to visit butuan again, I would choice this hotel to stay.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. they didnt have enough food for breakfast. the toilet didnt work, they didnt have towels in the room.This place need total management change as they seem to not care about anything and dont care about their guests.

My first time with this hotel, so happy I found this hotel in Butuan City!!! Its perfect place I need for a travelling business deals.Me & my husband loved the bed so much!!! the room area is perfect comfort!!! Keep it up guys!

Nice place to sleep.. But unkind staff..

Rooms are nice and clean. Especially their showers In the morning when were about to have breakfast, we asked for the menu but they didnt gave us so we went back to our rooms. Later when we go downstairs, there are some guests,maybe walk-ins having their menus ... Unfair....

We book for 3 pax, with 3 free breakfast, but they allowed only 2 pax for the breakfast.

We stayed in the executive suite. I have no complaints this hotel exceeded my expectations.The downstairs restaurant serves very nice food.
