Worst restaurant in butuan.We just had our lunch today my god yung pancit canton putol putol. PaG upo namin it takes at least 15 minutes for them to take our orders.big group kame that’s why ung group meal sana orderen namin but kulang ng isang food ung group meal nila. Tpos walang crispy pata. Walang sinigang na pork. Walang bulalo. Walang chapsuey. Masarap sana sabihin mag sara na sila but no choice kame puno din ang katabing resto na gerrys. Eto pa nkaka disappoint ying utensils nila jusko ung mumurahing kutsra sa bangketa. Wala silang ice. Instead of buko pandan for dessert they serve us fruit salad na dun lng namin nalaman na walang buko pandan nun sinerve na..We paid for almost 2000 pesos for unsatisfied meal... (assuming) if ever if sila man ung mga may ari na hindi nka uniform. They’re not even accommodating and not approachable. Yung feeling na magagalit sila pag umorder ka .may gawd. Tpos pag bill out namin sobrang tagal din ng waiting.

Maxs is my first choice restaurant whenever I visit any place. I like the bulalo soup, sisig and whole fried chicken.A cozy place to stay. Friendly staff which offer good sevice.

This is one of Robinsons Butuans restsurants for families. Their Filipino themed dishes are our all-time classic favorites such as Bulalo,Dinogang, Crispy Pata, and their signature deep-fried Whole Chicken.Max has been around and has established themselves as a strong national brand. With this, we expect consistency of quality and taste, which it delivered.Their dining experience was okay. But be vigilant on your orders. We were served an extra four glasses of sprite that we didnt order.Visit and try their bakery kiosk for some good pastries and pasalubong.

Is ok typical Filipino food, there chicken is good.

Went there for lunch. Was very disappointed. Kare-kare meat was too tough. Crispy pata wasnt good. Love the calalamansi cucumber shake though. Staffs arent helpful. Theyre too busy chatting instead of attending customers.

Mediocre food, a bit sloppy service. Clean toilet.

Menu options were limited but the food was good and the staff were nice.

Their crew especially in butuan are not courteous, unkind and not hospitable.

Crew might have been a little unhelpful due to the busyness. Food was average as noted by my parents. A bit pricey.

This is superb resto where I brought my family on special occassions like 25th wedding anniversary, birthday celebration, family dining or boodle fight on Maxs delicious whole chicken among other succulent menus for the order-taking at very affordable rates .... love this place at Robinsons Place, Butuan!

I love the champorado at Maxs.

I like the chicken. Their menu could use some pictures.

I am not sure of whether it is the cooks assigned to this particular branch or the management. The fried chickens meat is slightly bland and is not delicious as the other branches in other cities.
