Nothing but a great review, I was cared for very well! Nurses were great! Would go there again if i needed to!

Yesterday I had a procedure done. Everyone that I delt with provided me with a professional and respectful experience. My procedure prep nurse, Shelly (Shellie?), was especially helpful.

I hate giving bad reviews. Hopefully this will help others who find themselves in this situation though. We were scheduled for 7:30am but after a call from reception asking us to be there asap we arrived at 7:10. The online pre registration passport system failed us and they cant figure out why. Its now 9:00am and they decided to manually re enter all the info. Just as we were finishing that up, we saw a link that said, use your passport for next visit. Some person working here probably should have known to hit that in order to recieve registration info at this facility. Everything else seems fine, but a 2 hour delay over registaton peompted this response.

I would give less than zero stars if available

If my insurance company had another surgery center in its network that was close to where I live I would never go to this surgery center again. I was told to be there at 2PM for my appointment and I was still sitting in the small and cramped waiting room at 3:30. I have another procedure coming up in 2 days and was told that I have to wait until 6:15 PM for my appointment and may have to wait again. I don’t think that this is fair treatment. I was told that I cannot drink or eat anything after midnight the day before the procedure which means I will have to go without water and food for over 18 hours. I am reporting this to my insurance company and the state medical board. When I called to see if they could get me in earlier the person I spoke to, Jen, was extremely rude. Unacceptable behavior.

Find somewhere else to have your procedure done. The first time I was here the wait time was so long I rescheduled. The second time was as long if not more. If I didnt have to go out of the country next week I would of went somewhere else.

Edit: a staff member reached out to us from the office and tried to be a liaison to help with our billing issues. My wife and I are slightly more happier than before the assistance. Being that this office works with multiple groups or offices that bill separately you have a difficult time in getting accurate information of what to expect to pay after a procedure. This is a major flaw in being upfront with patients about what they expect to pay for an elective procedure. Before the patient approves of treatment. We may not have even gone ahead with the procedure if we knew accurately what we would be liable to pay. We were quoted a much smaller number of what we were ok with paying. Now we are left with guilt on what we could have done better to get a more accurate picture of what we would be liable to pay.

I went for my first colonoscpy...10 stars cleanest friendliest staff. From desk to prep. I am a high anxiety person and they were so good to me they let me feel at ease . Im very happy I went here ! And my appt was 710 and was done by 9am

After reading the reviews, I was concerned to use this facility. I am a little concerned because I read that they don’t verify your insurance for the anesthesia. If that is the case, they should let people know within several weeks of the procedure so they can go somewhere else that takes their insurance. It makes no sense to not inform people that anesthesia won’t be covered. Most people won’t be able to afford a bill like that.However, I decided to go to this facility because it was closer and more convenient for my family who had to take me. From the moment we got there, the facility was clean and the receptionist was pleasant. There was a woman cleaning seats as people got up which made my mother and I more comfortable since Covid is resurging again. I was taken back within about 10 minutes. I was given warm blankets and an IV, the RN was great, the anesthesiologist was empathetic to my concerns and anxiety. The CRNA was a little more brash or maybe just “ all business” type of person. But, overall she was nice and checked on my after. When you are a person who gets anxiety before procedures, some nurses don’t tolerate that well and can be brash. She was not as empathetic as the anesthesiologist was. My doctor was kind, compassionate and dealt with my anxiety like a pro lol! He listens and is considerate . Most importantly reassuring. I had a different RN in recovery and he was great too. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this facility based on my experience.
