Lovely food, really nice place. Would have been 5 stars but could get anyones attention for a second drink or the bill. We waited a long while and then went to bar to pay. It wasnt busy so not sure what was going on. I would still go back I throughly enjoyed the food and the waitress was nice and friendly.

Came on a monday as part of eat out to help out. Restaurant was full with a good atmosphere and service. However, the food was well below expectations. Seems the menu is full of frozen food that is deep fried and left an unpleasant feeling afterwards. Ordered the £15 mixed chicken bucket and footlong hot dog.

Went to West Coast Rock Cafe yesterday for the first time in yeeeaars.We had the Chilli & Cheese Nachos for a starter which wed half eaten by the time we thought about taking a pic but it was so nice! Wish that Id ordered it as a main Mains - I had a Cajun chicken enchilada which was nice, just really watery so the bottom of the wrap got pretty soggy which I wasnt a fan of. Hubby had the Chilli beef chimichanga and his only complaint was that the sour cream came on top of it and would have preferred it came in a bowl or at the side like the guac but he really liked it despite that.Those with 4 pints of pepsi came to about £40. Was nice and would go back, but would probably order something else next time

Just Celebrated my 30th here and the food was awesome weve been a few times before and will definitely be back.

Great place for dinner with a good selection of burgers and Mexican dishes. Portion size was good and all the desserts looked great. Only a 10 minute walk from the tower

Tuesday night steak night was fantastic

Better inside than it looks outside, nice staff, kid friendly. The veg burger was awful though, bland pressed vegetables. Good curly fries, passable enchiladas. Veggie versions of things overpriced a little.

Not been in West coast for ages but my phone seems to think I was there a few days ago. But anyways its a staple in Blackpool always good my only gripe is they stopped doing the amazing takeaway deal where you got a massive bag of food and dime bar cake for 26quid or 23if you picked it up. That was my favourite treat takeout gutted when they switched to Uber eats and all those services and ditched it :( but owell I still like West coast

Tried the new downstairs cafe/diner,Slightly disappointed in what could have been an amazing burger, they have such a wide range of burgers and toppings .. but the burger pattie itself is very pedestrian and a tad burger van-ish. The bun was a bit under par.However a mound of curly fries and some delicious starters kept the meal good.I just think with the burger game around the country being stepped up... The pattie needs to be the star now!

Really quite bad to be honest. Only got 2 stars due to the service but the food was 1 star at most. The starter was microwaved must have been. The nachos were a cheese sauce with cheap tortilla chips. The ribs were dry and tasteless. The burger tasted like it was from a burger van no joke, it also had frazzles on it...was rubbish and not worth the money whatsoever. Really disappointed as looked great from the menu maybe it was just a bad night but wouldnt go back.

Can be a bit hit and miss, but Generally OK. The steaks, chicken wings, and ribs are of high quality and very tasty, but I am not a big fan of the burgers, they are incredibly compact (like they have been mixed with egg and salt to within an inch of their life) and more often than not overcooked. The Mexican menu (I say mexican very loosely) is generally pretty bland, unauthentic and unappetising, needs a bit of spicing up!

Been many times befire and always great. Recently had a problem with a takeaway order and Rob and I think Anna were very kind in resolving the issue in the end. A place which cares about doing well.

Nice café with nice burgers, one of the best I had, waitress was friendly, and the 2 for 1 cocktails were cheap and good, definitely coming back again.

Food was amazing as always and the staff so helpful and friendly. If you go try the chilli as it is gorgeous x definitely recommend x

Weve ordered from here during lockdown quite a few times and never had a bad meal. However, we tried to order last week and couldnt get through on the phone at all. My husband and son went down to order and wastold that they are too busy to do takeaway now and not doing them. They also said that theres a problem with the phone lines, even though the phone was ringing whilst my husband and son were stood there. We now will not be spending our money in your restaurant. Note look after the ones that kept you afloat when you needed it. Disappointed!!!

Me and partner always eat here when in Blackpool, food and service is spot on.
