Medyo panget naging experience namin during COVID. First umorder kami ng bucket of chicken then sabi nila we have to wait for 30 mins. medyo matagal so umuwi na muna kami since malapit lang yung bahay namin at nagpalipas ng oras. Paid na kami and binigyan kami ng number.. Since may COVID hanggang 5pm lang sila.. nung binalikan namin at kukunin na namin yung inorder.. close na sila but may mga crew pa and manager sa loob. According to them, wala na daw yung order namin since di namin naclaim nung tinatawag nila yung number. And binenta nalang nila sa iba... Ang sakin lang malate man kami ng konti di dapat nila binenta sa iba since bayad na yun.. anyway nirefund nalang namin.. ipapakain sana namin sya sa mga kids since may Birthday samin that time..

Laging mali ang chicken part pag nag drive through ka.dito lang sa branch na to laging mali, sa iba naman di ko naeexperience. I already called their attention pero ganun pa rin.

The place is clean and the service is good. Except for the mushroom sauce ng burgersteak nila wala sa standards.

Jollibee is always good. Sometimes staff is slow but all the same its all good..
