Ok naman services and ambience ng lugar. Tapos paglabas mo nadanak ng goo yung tapat ng kanal nila pero nililinis naman nila or paglabas mo me sasalubong sayong kalabit penge gang. Minsan me pahabol pang sampaguita.

Di ko lam kung bakit pero parati na lang mali naibibigay na coke (tho free) sa amin, everytime na oorder ako coke zero sinasabi ko (thru hotline 77777), acknowledged naman ng CSR since may recap, pero ano nangyayari, coke reg pa din pinapadala ng branch and ngrrequest kami ng catsup wala din kasama. Minsan may Ice minsan wala. Labo niyo po.

Polite and attentive staff. Clean and well-maintained place. Food cooked right. Nice ambiance. Water was served with the food but they forgot to include napkin tissue and hot sauce. :-) Still a recommended branch! And oh, their tea/milk tea was quite good.

My whole family is so fanatic of pizzas made by Shakeys.. since time immemorial.. Service? Superb!

Shakeys Pacita is one of my favorite Shakeys Pizza Parlor because of its friendly crews (most of them) Lots of free parking areas. Also, I never had a problem redeeming my BPI voucher.

Shakeys as advertised. Perfect for relieving the craving for pasta. Friendly staff (as of now) and convenient location.

Great sandwiches and delicious chocolate cake. Good place to stop by when going south.

I like the food in here and the promos that they offer. Our family have been customers of this establishment for many years now. My brother used to work here also. Anyway, what I can live without when I visit them is the Mojos. Only in Shakeys do they offer such delicacy. L also love their fried chicken, thin crust pizza, strawberry milkshake and many more. Regarding customer service, I always feel welcome since their staff is very accommodating and they always wear a smile. That is why they have been in the food industry for so long. Kudos!

I like Shakeys in general cause the food is good, price is reasonable but most importantly the service is excellent - corteous waiters. I ordered pizza, caesar salad, and 3 pumpkin soup for each of us.

Food is good but staff are not. They are inefficient and they dont serve orders all at the same time.

The AC was not working. :(Carbonara and Hawaiian Pizza were both bland.Shakeys is one of my favorite pizza places to go to, but tonight, the flavor of their food was just not right. For instance, their belly buster pizza was too salty, then their hawaiian pizza and carbonara were too bland. Take note, we eat at Shakeys a loooooot so I know exactly when it tastes right.Not to mention, food took too long to be served, their air conditioning system was busted. Staff and customers were sweating!I love Shakeys. I think their price for their food is a bang for the buck, but I just wish they were really paying attention to details which can really impact customer experience.

As a PWD, I can say that the staff here is very attentive. For example, you dont need to call anyone for your bottomless iced tea to be refilled. Fast service and courteous staff, especially for PWDs like me! Will always come back because this is just near where I live.

Ayos naman sila. Maayos and masarap. Well it makes 4 star instead of 3 stars due to the guard that helped me to park better.

Came in late at 10pm and their pizza does not look or taste fresh but reheated.

A typical shakeys restaurant. We did not try to eat in, instead we had a family order for take away. Using a member card we got a order one get one free deal, thats always nice. Food was exactly what you would expect from shakeys, tasty pizza and savory chicken and moyos.

I’m hoping that the parking lot behind Shakey’s can accommodate customers as well. I was about to order take out from Shakeys but was told that I cannot park there. I ended up ordering take out delivery from Yellow cab. 15mins waiting time will not hurt the establishments specially if there’s only 2 cars parked there and a lot of vacant slot.

Their food is not too salty, so that is good but service is poor

Very inefficient service. The staffs are slow. Your birthday pizza takes about an hour before being served even if there are a few customers inside the resto. Staffs are just chatting in their area and not being mindful of on going transactions.

Your delivery sucks today. Lots of items are missing, when we complain, the staff lies that the item was out of stock, but after a while its available.Hope you guys be more..., next time, sorry we have to ask for refund for your faults.

On their bunch o lunch meal, there should be 2 pizzas included. Instead, they served me 1 pizza, cut in half.

Excellent service although I dont suggest getting the Supercard, its pretty useless because most of the time theyre offline and you cannot use it in conjunction with other promos. Get it if youre big in deliveries.

Delivered the wrong order to us. And they lied about the availability of their cheese dip to keep me from asking for a refund. Never going to order from them again.

Poor parking. the guard isnt even assisting. most of the owners of the parked cars arent even in the shakeys. I stayed long yet when were about to go, the same cars are still in the lot. this needs to be looked at.
