Stoped by there on our way home from Batangas on 19th May 2020 around 430pm and used drive thru, Order was taken before window by a worker. Ordered 8pc chicken bucket. One minute later he came back and said i would have to wait 11min I said ok. 3min later got to 1st window paid and pulled fwd. got to 2nd window and they told me to pull up and they would bring it to me. 20 min later chicken came and it was all white meat, I mean all chicken breast.... this is the 2nd time in the past few months last time it was all legs and 2 thighs. Why is a 8pc not 2 wing, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and 2 breast... 8 right.... At least the chicken was all fresh and not over cooked as I have gotten before there.....

Needed to dump but only 1/3 of the cubicles are working and are already Full. No water in their rest room and the sewer is blocked and smelly.

We were here last Wednesday and in our hurry, my boy left his Moms sunglasses on the seat were we ate.Yesterday we were going to Sta Rosa and decided to stop by to check if they know that somebody has left her sunglasses after dining here two days ago.Luckily, the Manager on-duty was the same manager last Wednesday. She gave my wife her glasses and said, if something was left and one of their crew found it, they guarantee that its safe.We didnt manage to take a picture because we were busy eating our breakfast in another establishment. Hehe.Anyway, good job guys! Thank you and keep it up! We need more like you!

Worst jollibee they didnt even gave me the receipt, the cover cup of gravy was also lossy hence i accdentally dropped it. WORST!

Had a early morning and quick breakfast. The food is good and didnt wait long to get served. The place is clean and crew were courteous.

Very convenient as I was able to find a parking slot and park with no delay. The queue at the Jollibee counter was not long and the counter personnel were fast, so I was promptky served with my meal, and enjoyed breakfast and coffee.

Convenient location for motorists on slex northbound. Courteous staff. Place can be crowded as there is no 2nd floor when theres an influx of customers.

Great place for fast and hot meals.

There is no coffee that is ready. Very frustrating that breakfast is only available until 10AM. Times has changed, people eat breakfast until 11AM.

For drive thru orders you need to park your car, get out of it to meet them in their drive thru window. All that in minimum of 20 mns.

Nice place but ran out of food.

I ordered 8pcs chicken but the bucket has 7pcs only.when I told the crew she reacted as if I was lying.so I told her to come out and count the chicken.i really felt upset

Social media states that reserving a parking lot is not allowed. I dont know why they allow that here. I was on point a parking lot then a guard approached me telling me it is reserved.

Place is really small for a big fast food chain

Medyo limited seating but Jollibee isnt Jollibee without the hundreds of people always craving for Chickenjoy
