One cashier told me they have PayMaya and when I was about to pay the other cashier told me their PayMaya was offline. I also paid one of my bills thru online using Cliqq and it said 0 convenience bill so I paid for exact amount and when I was already on the cashier they told me that they cannot process my transaction because the amount I punched in was not enough. I have to add 50 pesos additional as convenience fee but how on earth am I supposed to know that in the first place since it told me on the Cliqq 0 convenience fee so bottom line I had to get another QR code from the Cliqq and add 50 pesos on top of my original bill. Thanks for wasting paper slip and my time guys, I had to fall in line twice for the Cliqq terminal to get the right amount to process my online payment transaction.
