Big store experience..Had everything but what I wanted.

It is a small mall where you can find what you need for the day to day. Grocery is nice but the beef meat is not super. Anyway pork and chicken are good. Staff is generally nice.

Price tag and items are not updated regularly. Situations like customers insisting on the price they saw in front of the items theyre buying, if it is lower than the actual price, will lead to complaints.

Push cart lane and basket lane were not organized. The gcash payment took me ten minutes for them to received the text message providing the reference numbers. A total waste of time. Poor service!

Nice supermarket with only the limited parking at front and back reducing my rating to 4 stars.

Great selection of products, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and friendly efficient staff. Only downside is the checkouts were it seems to take too long to complete the checkout process. Overall the store is bright,clean, and well laid out.

The place is ideal for a quick shopping.

Not a good place to shop

The price check machine is not working for more than 4 months. A month ago I already filled the customers feedback form reminding to fix it but I saw two days ago that it is still out of service. Customer service said that they already requested to repair it long time ago but the main office doesnt act.

Good enough grocery to buy essentials though I find their options quite limited. I wish they can also do something about the confusing layout of aisles and of course, open up more available check-out counters as they rarely use majority of the counters which could speed up customer payments.

Good for basic groceries in tagaytay area

Watch out in the meat department. I paid for 1,018 grams of ground pork and weighed it on my very accurate digital scale at home, only 986 grams. I will report them to the barangay hall for selling short weight.

A small mall with a good variety of retail stores including a couple of restaurants, a book store, a retail variety store. LBC and Western Union, a new beauty salon and an arcade for the kids. There is also a Watsons and Mercury drug with a BDO bank outlet set to open in October 2017. The Robinsons grocery is large with a wide variety of products including western foods like cheeses, sausages and condiments. The meat department is a favorite for my wife who likes their pork and chicken products. Robinsons appliance store is also very handy as is the Handyman hardware. The area surrounding the mall includes a Jollibee, McDonalds, Shakeys and Balinsasayaw restaurant. We live within about 10 minutes from the mall and find its smaller size to be a relief for shopping when compared to the larger crowded malls.
