Love this coffee shop in the middle of nowhere. Definitely an oasis when you just want your caffeine fix minus the crowds. The staff is friendly, the shop is not so crowded (albeit we went in the middle of the afternoon), free wi-fi, clean and well spaced out for social distancing, even indoors. We also brought our 14 year old too, so yes, you can bring the kids. As with chains though, the offerings may be on the mid to high pricing.

This place has been a sanctuary for me and my siblings especially when we are with our mom. Just as cozy and airy, we appreciate the ambiance and the treat of drinking tea or coffee from CBTL.

The location really sells the place. The ambience is superb - serene, no bustling crowd walking around outside. Noticed a lot of people come for informal meetings or work-related tasks. Electric plugs are available, parking isnt that big but there really are only a few people who come. Prices are just standard CBTL, so no complaints here

I love this place since its not crowded most of the time. I can always spend my me time on this place. They have WiFi now! The coffee and food are ok, but quite pricey. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Sardine pasta - very oily n linguine not well cooked a bit hard. They scratched off my fave cake D SUGAR FREE

Its your typical coffee bean and tea leaf store but whats great about it is the location, since located in the center of exclusive subdivisions and developments the place is not crowded and quite. Theres enough parking on the side and its free. As usual their coffees are good and the cakes and pastries are great as well.

Good for conversations and lazy weekend mornings. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is a stand alone place in the Westborough complex surrounded by trees - peaceful and calm. The only reason I removed one star is because there are itinerant vendors that accost you to sell turon or ballpens or other whatnots when youre outside - and theyre persistent, bordering on annoying.

Should have been a 5. The place , food, is great. Theres one incident though that it is prone to accident especially on the door to the side. The glass is to clear that some people accidentally hit that protion. Maybe an improvement of some sort is necessary

Whats great in this CBTL? Its the LOCATION and SERVICE. I could have rated 5 but there were 2 instances that they ran out of chocolate flavored coffee.

The place is still very quiet and peaceful looking.
