I went from this bank today, I have atm card and I didnt used that one for almost 2 years because Im working abroad. I just want to update it and what possibly I can make to reactivate it again? It will going to be expired next year. I waited for 1 hour before my number was called by the staff. I gave my card on him and after few minutes he told me its closed already I asked him what else I can do? I said Is there any option for me to have an account again on the same bank? He told me NO. I asked them how Ill open it or when Im going to know if its open? On the expiration of my card? They answered again We dont know maam. Im expecting on them to suggest something on me regarding about my problems on my card but I was wrong. Theyre not friendly and not even smiling, I saw in their faces that theyre not interested to assist me. I felt upset, I just said Okay, my option now is to come on another bank and to have a new account. I left with not so satisfying face, knowing that they could help me, it seems that they are hurry to finish their works, I was quite disappointed because the time that I wasted on waiting there was not worth it. Actually, they didnt help me overall. This is how your staff threat your clients? I would be rather not to recommend this bank to my friends.
