Accommodating Owners. Less than a year pa lang sila. Maganda ang place. Super. Panghoneymoon ang peg ng bawat rooms. Plus sobrang affordable pa.

Very nice place!,the owner is very friendly nice rooms,internet is good,food is great,very accomodating staff.

Its nice and clean. Super nice hotel staff. Ohhh. And the brewed coffee they serve is also good. A few walks (a good walk of 15 mins) away from the busy streets of the town.

Stay here!! The on-site coffee shop has a great lunch and dinner menu. The room is excellent and the front desk service is VIP! Good parking out front. Very close to McDo and decent location to the pier. Manager Jetgvis very friendly.

Budget hotel on a peaceful neighborhood.2-minute walk from the town center.

The accommodation in Alcatraz was superior. Only a contortionist couldaccess the toilet easily. The room wasnot or anything resembling the room I paid for.

As always, we had a lovely stay. And one thing Ive noticed is that the property has improved. :) Thank you sir Jet and the SJ mansion staff. Will be having another staycation soon.

The staff are very very nice and helpful, however the room does not correspond to the advertisement since it is smaller than what the photo makes it look. Also it feels claustrophobic since there is no window. As per the bathroom, be prepared to shower next to the toilet bowl (no separation) and the water gets clogged very easily. It’s nasty in that respect however the water pressure is strong and the hot water heater works well. The bed mattress has definitely seen better years since it is squished but the beddings are clean. If staying here, definitely go for a bigger room if you are used to a western standard.

Located just near the town and just 8 mins. from the airport. They provide shuttle services to and from the airport also. The rooms are nice and clean. They also have a cafe at their lobby for a nice place to chill. The staff are very nice, warm, and , hospitable people.

I loved everything, the building is accessible to town and most of the places you need to be at, the staff are friendly even the owner of the hotel is such a nice guy, the rooms are just the right size but is guaranteed to be comfortable.

I liked the place alot, the rooms are nice the double rooms are quite spacious while the single rooms are just too tight for what i expected, the showers in the room featured hot and cold waters, wifi is provided, the staff are polite and are friendly, the down side is the often brownout in the area

Points positifs :- Hôtel bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville.- Grand lit, confortable et propre- Les plats cuisinés par l’équipe cuisine après-midi/ soir sont très bons et servis rapidement.- Eau chaude , clim fonctionnellePoints négatifs :- Nous cherchons toujours les 24 soit disant m2 de la chambre supérieure réservée, qui en faisait en réalité beaucoup moins.- La salle de bain, minuscule, de la taille d’un placard à balai, avec un système de douche qui colle littéralement le wc. Vous prenez votre douche contre le wc et l’eau s’écoule allègrement dessus.Aucune étagère ou recoin pour poser sa serviette de bain ou ses vêtements tellement l’espace est minuscule.- Équipe à l’accueil désagréable, qui ne parle que partiellement anglais et se permet, quand vous lui faites répéter les mots utilisés, de nous dire « en fait vous ne comprenez pas l’anglais? » (lol!)- Cuisine du matin semble t’il gérée par cette même équipe d’accueil.De fait, très lente, qui vous sert du jambon dans le sandwich au lieu du poulet commandé, et vous indique, au moment où vous vous apprêtez à partir, 35 minutes après la commande, que finalement votre café ne sera prêt que 15 minutes plus tard ...- Prix à mon sens chers pour la cuisine proposée et les prix pratiqués au centre ville.. si vous voulez manger un sandwich de taille petite, et bien que très bon, il vous en coutera 195 php.

The place to stay when in San Jose. 14 air-conditioned rooms with a cafe at the lobby. Their smoked chicken is worth the trip.

The room and the toilet are small. They only clean the room every other day. It would be better if they will clean it everyday. The staff are not so accommodating.

The hotel is great, rooms are clean and affordable. Even the owner is very accommodating.. but their not selling beers ...
