Beautiful place with swimming pool

Expensive Electricity Bill for monthly rental , and bad management . Requested a fridge for 2 months and get no respond from the office . A lot of cockroach in the room that cant be clean, and bad phone signal . Whenever you tried to request for anything you have to wait for few months and... still not getting it , such as refrigerator. Elevator under maintenance for a year.

The hotels location is good, the rooms have almost complete amenities. However, the bed sheets are dusty and the couches are old. The lights in the rooms dont give enough brightness. And the pool, although looks good and clean, was out of order when we stayed there and even if it wasnt, it wont be available for the guests until 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning, which I find a bit late especially for people who prefer to take a dip early in the morning. But one thing that we like is that there is a convenient store/eatery at a walking distance (the staff there at the store are very nice and helpful)

Acceptable accommodations. good for backpackers and people on budget. basic amenities available.near convenience store , church and beaches

Just the right and perfect place for someone who loves nature. It may not be fancy but people are nice and a quiet place to settle in.If you are looking for a POSH place, this isnt the one for you. But if youre someone (like me) who doesnt care how a bldg looks like from the outside, as long as it is nice (i love the room) and clean that comes along with NICE people and NATURE, what else are you asking for?

Hotel staff are so nice and accomodating. Facilities are okay. Lacks in basic toiletries. Room sizes are big.

Very peaceful, historical type and fully decorated with flowering plants. Located on a top so that you can get a view of subic bay down. Lot of korean people staying around to learn English-language. Good place to get great picture collection.

Very expensive electricity bill. Build-in refrigerator is not working and the mini refrigerator the management gave is not well maintain. Recently a dining cafe with wifi just closed and there is no more place to eat anymore except for SLEEPLESS & HANA ( the only 2 places you can eat in Crown Peak ). Phone signal is also very bad especially for those who are not planning to apply for wifi.

It’s not the best hotel, but the serenity it offers for a low price (can start at P500) makes your trip to Subic worth it. I come here for the peace and all, and their airconditioners in the rooms are WOW. Only I’d have to say that it is NOT a premium hotel. There are no caps in the bath tub for bubble baths. No bidets. The location is pretty hidden though, though there is a convenience store named SLEEPLESS MART near it. The elevator SUCKS: it barely is working. But then, price is cheap and you get a comforable place to stay.

Although the surroundings are beautiful to behold because of the colorful flowers and plants adorning it, the rooms/dormitories and buildings are not regularly maintained which is quite a shame considering the great potential of the whole place to be just awesome.

The lousiest of all the hotels in subic. DO NOT CHECK IN HERE. ITS NOISY ITS NOW MORE OF A DORMITORY FOR PILOT STUDENTS than a residence! The students are all awake at night till the early mornings drinking and very loud. You can hear the bangging of the doors and the stomping of footsteps even the moving of furnitures of this students at early morning where we regular people aresleeping. I know this because i lived here but and i cant take the bod noisy students. The management cant do anything because its the only thing that is making this sorry establishment alive. So of you complain the management will even side with the school. The one comment here by this Ocbina person is positive because he is related to the administration head Melinda Ocbina who is lackadacically and incompetently handing this DORMITORY! The owner Mr Trillo only thinks of money and not capable of anything but sleeping with his employees thats why this people just steal money from trillo and gets away with it. If you want to have Sleepless nights and itch all over stay here for one night to see that i am not lying.

We have stayed at this establishment several times over the years, loved their pool and the rooms were okay, but the elevator was out of service every time was stayed there and they never seemed to have availability on the ground floor which would have been nice since we were traveling with very young children.

Very Bad place to stay. Over priced. Bad front desk lady.
