Worst resort ever! Booked here this weekend. Sobra nakakadissapoint!!!1. Napakadaming anay ng CR. Sayang at hindi ko napicturan. Literal ang dami... 1st time ko makaexperience ng ganyan sa vacation.2. No hot/cold shower.3. No free bottled water or coffee, mugs/glass na available man lang sa room pag gusto mo uminom. Nanghiram pa kme ng baso!!!4. Superrrr pangit ng beach front ang dumi2! hindi tlg sya un ieexpect mong lalanguyan or kahit lubluban man lang ng paa mo ksama ng pamilya mo. Nag effort tlg kami maglakad ng malayo pra makapunta sa pwede kaming magswimming. Meaning, ibang beach resort na un.5. Un swimming pool malayo pa lalakarin mo. As in maglalakad ka pa sa street na daanan ng mga sasakyan bago ka makapunta s swimming pool. Nung nagbbook kami never namention na malayo ang pool sa beach!!! Sinabi walking distance pro di sinabing lalabas ka pa ng street at sa kabilang kanto pa!6. Hindi masarap ang food, i think overpriced sya sa quality.Mabait lang tlg sina ate na nag aasikaso samin. Chaka malakas un tubig sa gripo :) un swimming pool pwede na. Don lang ako natuwa. Other than that wala na. Wag kayong ppunta dito para dayuhin sayang effort nyo promise :)

Were very disappointed ... supposed to be we will stay there for 2 nights, but we cancelled it.dahil pag dating namin doon hindi sinabi na nipa hut ( room ) room lang pala ang binayadan namin na almost 6k. but we dont have a choice kasi fully book na that time ..... dissaster.....

Heard some negative review about the resort but our experience was simply outstanding. The staff and the owner were too accomodating, in fact we love it. As we are in hurry (my kids got school the next day), hence we only stayed overnight. Overall the place is recommended for family.

This is a relaxing area with great accomodating hosts value for money!

I did not check in in at Hana Natsu last April 19. Based on the reservation detail sent by Hotel.com , Nipa Hut B is airconditioned. Upon arrival at the resort the room has no aircon as promised. Since there are no rooms available, I transferred to another hotel. Hana natsu refunded a total of P3,100.00 only eventhough Hotel.com charged me P6,000.00. pls credit back the difference to my credit card

We were very happy to stay for 2 days. The pool is very large and comfortable. Shuttle transfer between 2 facilities.

Such lovely people. Very friendly and very helpful. Was nice to be out of the city

I really love their waterslides. the pool was very cool

Pictures online are totally different when you see it. AC is not working so we felt like we were in hot sauna, rooms smell, beds are not comfortable at all so as the pillows and curtain-looking-like blanket, beach is far from the resort, pool is just ok. I hope they’ll do a major renovation.

I love this resorts. Swimming pool is very big & beautiful.Staff are so kind.

The place is not what it looks in the pictures. Dirty room with cochroaches going around. We were disapointed to this place. Checked out as soon as we could

A nice place for party occassion

1. The swimming pool is more or less 400 meters away from the rooms. You need to ride a tricycle to get there.2. Our bathroom has problem draining the water, causing flood inside the bathroom.3. I saw the locals bathing their dogs in the beach.
