Nice place ang clean sorounding ,

Location, when you actually get there is Prime.The room actually booked was a Shoebox, wouldn’t rate 10 m3 let alone 30 sq metres. The is also a conflict regards room size between your web site and theirs. Huge flight of stairs to get to this room and you had been informed I was an amputee. I also thought twin meant x2 the bed was merely single. Now for the upgrade they required it to be 7200 pesos per day for a more accessible room which it was alas that is where it ends. For this no fridge, no Tea / Coffee making facility and worst off all no readily available Drinking Water, unbelievable. You pay far less in the Manilla Diamond for some of the best service in the world. Then the food, minimum choice, meagre servings particularly breakfast, to be fair a couple of the dishes were not bad. Then the bill someone had decided another 5000 odd pesos would be good for accomodation ???? duplicated food charges and they could not produce a printed invoice / receipt for any of it.Oh and the PP 2000 deposit for food had to be in cash, they insisted for some time. Then a PP 2500 Ute ride to Subic to get out of the place. It only cost PP 4000 for a taxi to get there from Manilla. Facility and location apart the place was a total disappointment, Basil Fawlty must have been lurking in the background.

Nice place for very nice people

The road going into the resort was not develop yet..its rocky and muddy,waze keep on directing us to a wrong road. When we reach there was no chef and we have to wait for him to have our order cooked. Our room basin was clogged and the staff says no plumber. So its a nightmare to brush teeth, wash hands etc using shower. Theres no complimentray bottle water in the room and the staff offers water in the restaurant but we have to go down and take from dispenser..a nice gentlemen offers to bring a dispenser in some rundown bar I have baby that needs to drink formula using warm water and theres no water heater. The pool has too strong chlorine smell not kids friendly. Was told that staff will all leave at 10pm..we feel so unsafe and no one to call in case we needed something. The pillows are all smelly there was no blanket and just a thin cover sheet..cannot even get us warm. Its a nice place but nost of the things are rusty and spoiled. The website shows a billiard or kids playground but theres none. No places to do go,no interesting restaurants nearby.Wont be recommending or coming back. The staff are friendly and nice. Thats all.

Resort have a good spot in front of the beach. Public toilet maintenance is clean. Have 2 pools. Clean rooms and accommodating staff specially Mr.sam who assist us on while staying on the resort.

Place and rooms are nice. Food is not good, takes too long to cook and serving size is so small. Breakfast tocino has only 3 small pieces of meat with NO egg.

Spent three days and two nights here last week with the family and it was really disappointing. They dont have kitchen supplies/ingredients. Breakfast buffet wasnt really a buffet since youre only allowed to get food once. On our second morning, the buffet ran out of food immediately. The kitchen couldnt keep up with the number of pax present (it was fully booked at that time). Room service was also bad, towels provided were still wet and has holes in it. No room complimentary. They said they have free wifi but it wasnt available in our room. Overall it was a disaster.

Rusty areas, untiled fascias, and bad service: front desk to resto, watch your BP. The rooms lack basic amenities like hair dryers and clothes hangers, the beds creak, pillows smell of the last occupant. Just, no.It doesnt matter if you had a good experience - we didnt which we feel, matters more: its easier to screw up than hold a service level thats acceptable for the price paid for the amenities.

Maganda yung place... maliit pero maganda malaki yung room at malinis :) the food is delicious bitin lang yung breakfast ( ang konti lang :) nag enjoy mga kids ko at gusto nila bumalik ...

The resort is nice and the beach is amazing. Too bad its over priced, food is over priced too, road getting to it is the worst, very very rough road to top if all my wallet and car keys were stolen in the hotel and they didnt even provide any support at all instead they offered me a gc which of course i will use again there to their benefit. They have cctv but some dont work, their beach is so open at the back that anyone can come in anytime. It was the worst experience ever. When my wallet and car keys got stolen the best they could offer me wad a ride to the bus terminal in olonggapo but did they even bother to think how i will buy my bus ticket going home considering everything was stolen from me in their resort. They dont provide safety vaults but they said they have but you will tent it out, guess when they informed me about it, when my wallet and car keys were already stolen. I asked them to call the baranggay so we can put in record or something and the best they gave me was an incident report from their hotel alone and they told me they don’t do baranggay reports. Worst really the worst. Until now i am having a hard time sleeping with all the trauma i had with my stay with them. If you want to be safe and secure while having a vacation dont choose this resort.

Everything is extremely overpriced. Kitchen/restaurant is very disorganised as well. We had to wait for more than an hour for our order, which was pre-ordered months prior to our check in date, then later on they cancelled our order because they can no longer cook them. No apology whatsoever from the management until I had to confront him. We were promised a nice buffet breakfast, but it was a disaster too. So many guests for a small room. And everyone thought it was buffet but we were not allowed to come back for more. Portions of food is okay. But the dishes are just eggs, dried fish and strips of beef - not the kind of food you look forward to in the morning. Rooms are big enough. Beach is not as appealing as I thought it would be. Amenities are bland and very limited. Not so many instagramable sites too. Sorry, but I do not recommend this resort to anyone.The two stars I gave are for the extremely nice staff of this establishment.

The property is far from the pictures than the actual. When we arrived at the place my booking confirmation is different from the room assigned to us contrary to reconfirmation made by head office in Mandaluyong thru roxie. the CS at the place did not entertain properly about my complaint she insisted that it was according to my reservation, rather she neglected to verify when I showed the soft copy (screen shot) where details are stated. She replied slightly arrogantly but I saw her body language clearly her discomfort. She assigned to us in a room where air-con is too small for a family room, original air-con attached is not working. Most worst happened when the electricity interrupted, there was a gen set below our floor (grd floor) as an alternative power, the mufflers where moisture and bad odor smoke is getting inside our room and there was no chance of ventilating our room and we are almost suffocated, it happens around past 3am, we have to vacate the room and I approached the CS lounge there was no one to assist me, I have to look for somebody but it takes me almost 30mins when a guy operating the gen set, told me and asked for apology for the power interruption. I ask him if their someone who can assist us to temporarily transfer to another room because we cannot sleep anymore and its hard to breath inside as the windows could not be open due to smoke that is coming out from gen-set where mufflers directed to our room. Unfortunately no action taken, honestly I decided to checkout at that time, but my wife told me we have to stay outside instead & wait daytime before we check-out. Another bad experience I tried to borrow two drinking glass with a guy I assumed he was the supervisor/manager where his uniform is different or someone who has the authority in the resto, he told me he let someone to deliver to our room where he asked our room number and offered to purchase unlimited cocktail, nobody showed with a drinking glass. the only thing I only appreciate are waiters during the dinner who has courtesy. The rest is our bad experience. Our original check out supposed 12pm but we had checked out past 8am, no more enthusiasm to stay the rest hour.

Banana boat is fun, the price i a little bit pricier,they shouldve paved the road

The place is quaint and non-touristy yet it gives you the luxuries of modern life like smart TVs with Netflix on and bidets.It is almost like having the place privately to yourself. The pools are nice and the sea is clean, its floor sandy, and ever alluring.I do, although, have some reemarks:1. The lavatory on the ground floor could be cleaned better.2. The dark blue pools tiles are slippery.3. The partition between the hotel and villas can be simpler if there is a gate or passageway inside rather than asking people to cross using the beach or outside the resort.4. Food taste and quality can be improved.All these, nonetheless, do not invalidate the value, beauty, and affordability of Brisa Marina. The staff are frienndly and helpful, too!

Beautiful place. IG worthy

This place is not suitable to visit during rainy season. Road connecting to the resort from the main road is not passable by tourist buses esp. during the above-mentioned season due to flooded road going to the venue. If you pass thru the other route (via Juness Beach Resort private road) you have to pay certain amount, say 500 pesos in getting in and 1000 pesos in getting out. Calling the attention of the Brgy. Council - resort-owners be united to improve a common road(elevated) leading to the beaches.Accommodation in the resort: staff are not sensitive to the needs of their guests...e.g. preparing the venue - dining room cannot occupy a number of guests.

Checked in last june 16-17 (rainy day)The resort was really nice but i hope some of the cons just were because of the rain.1. Upon entering the room, theres a foul odor . We found out that it was the pillow cases and bedsheet. Smells like it was not fully dried up.2. Same case inside the restroom. The shower curtain smells bad.3. Water in the shower and sink is very salty. Got to get mineral water for toothbrush.4. We paid for a family room which is good for 6 pax but served only 2 free breakfast meal.5. Extra persons were also paid but toilettries provided were only good for 2 pax.6. Too much flies inside the dining area.We hope you can improve on the said matters.

Would have rated this place 4 or even 5 stars, if not for the karaoke that blared on mindlessly since we arrived up until the late night, though they said it was supposed to stop by 09.30pm. What a lowdown. A KTV room would have made a huge difference.
