Renewal of vehicle registration is not possible at this time unless you already had your CEC (Certificate of Emission Compliance) on hand because the nearby and the only Emission/Smoke testing center of Molave is close due to shortage of CEC paper. There is also a scheduling system happening at the emission center. The whole month of June 2020 is already booked.
