I stayed in room 1 of the second floor. Only one of the minor issues got to me which is its kind of hard to ignore the fauset that we cant seem to find how to completely turn off. Other than that i think being beside the road (vehicle noise) wasnt much of a bother. For my case, we were too tired to even notice since we went out a lot. The people there were very welcoming and treated us like family. There was no problem getting in late or getting out really early as there was always someone in the lobby. Theres a nearby sari sari store by the corner where you can buy much of what you need. They fixed the room quickly and neatly when we went out and hung the fix the room door hanger. Breakfast offered was good I ordered the tapa served with coffee. Overall was a good place given the budget offering. Its one of those places ill consider going back in. Oh btw parking is convenient in case you have a car.

Clean room, Enough space and very affordable. 1 ride to burnham park. You can also walk. But its a little far. Still awesome place. Staff are very accomodating and helpful. Specially if you need directions.

Place is quiet, great view outside, fast wifi in the lobby and cheap accommodation:) will return here soon.

Rooms are a bit old but cozy. No AC but its unnecessary for Baguio. Delicious breakfast. Location is far from the city center. Very few PUVs. Not recommended for those who plans to commute during their Baguio stay.

I booked thru Agoda. My experience here was OK. The building is a bit old. So the rooms are also old and needs some renovation. Im not sure if they offer a parking space but I can recommend this for back packers or barkadas as it is budget friendly and not far from session rd.
