Been here few times over the years. Can say that I am a little disappointed. The place as you can see looks great and in a fantastic location... But but.. you come here for food and service... Service is best describe as bare minimum.. to poor like other reviews have also said. I am here again 6 month after some of the other reviewer and the management have still not addressed this. Food is ok.. but it should not be just ok as the location and the look of the place screams so much more. Clearly the owner had a great vision for the place when it was built.. just a shame the food and service doesnt live up to the look. Toilet are clean ish but no flush no tissue and no hand towel. Please manager change the place into something special it could be

Sikwate and suman is good here and a must try! Dining area is pretty pleasant as well.However, the service is absolutely poor. Cashier seems to be unhappy while taking the orders and even got our orders wrong (maybe we weren’t perfectly clear but still while rechecking she could have handled the situation in a nice professional manner cause clearly it wasn’t very pleasant at all). Some servers were not nice as well.Just be ready to handle the service issues food is great though!

We were shied away and was told we couldn’t go up as day tour was finished. We came in at 17:09. Day tour finishes at 17:00 we were told. It’s petty i know but, there were 5 of us and wanted to have a drink and nibbles. Just ridiculous to say no if you want to make money.

Really frustated. My parents ordered some 2 chicharon bags and a couple of siopaos. My parents went ahead to the car because of my little brother. So my mom asked me to watch the table because my sister is still charging while typing on the laptop. The wall plug was on the other table so stayed at the other table. Later, she called me because she wanted me to help her. And guess what the waiters did? They went ahead and kept the food thats left for my sister. I got back the siopao but I havent got the 2 bags of chicharon. They said that it was already gone. They know that I was still at the other table with my sister yet they already kept the food and arranged the tables. My Moms hat was even still there! Im really really mad! Never going back to that place again! Good food, crappy service.
