Great outside area. Food very expensive. Drinks are over priced. Would love to keep coming back as we live only 500 meters away. So much potential.

Lunch with friends and we quite enjoy the food. We will come back again.....

I was enjoying a pleasant evening until the music volume was increased and increased until any chance of conversation was drowned out.

Like most Hotels, they are noisey. Still a good venue, except you have to pay to park.

It would have been a higher score...but no Fish and Chips on the Menu? What kind of Australian Pub doesnt offer Fish and Chips?Thank Christ the Pizzas were sooo Good!

Polite enough staff, quiet atmosphere, food looked nice, but definite cocktail training needed. Too much rosemary in the verdant Collins and the below ‘pseudo- pina-colda’ in photo speaks for itself. Training needed for a $16 cocktail

Place is very nice, you can get great photos there, service is fine.Food on the other hand was nothing to die for. I got a caesar salad ($16) + $10 for chicken.You expect a decent serve of chicken. AMIRITE?I have never felt so disappointed before.Pretty sure I got like less than 30grs worth of chicken. It was pretty much lettuce and it wasnt even as tasty as I thought it would be.On the other hand, garlic bread is amazing!!If I ever go back there, Ill make sure to get something like the steak sandwich or the garlic bread.

Beautiful venue, fantastic food, terrible staff. Came for my birthday lunch and the food was absolutely fantastic, my fussy mother even raved about how great and enjoyable each dish was!!Shame about the customer service - Monday arvo so wasnt busy and on arrival we asked if we go through and find a table or wait for staff and in reply we were grunted at by who I assume was the DM as she wasnt wearing the same uniform as other staff. Then when we ordered food and drinks the guy barely acknowledged us never mind a smile. We felt like the food was roughly thrown at us at the table again by the DM, I mustve asked her if they had dry chilli 5 times only to be grunted at again. Eventually I went to the bar and asked the underwhelmed depressed bartender who managed to get it from the kitchen. This was seen by the DM and she didnt even offer any kind of... Sorry, I got caught up busy or general manners. If she spent as much energy on actually working and practicing her customer service rather than storming around looking busy then maybe the other staff wouldnt look so depressed and underwhelmed and follow her lead.Thanks to the kitchen, sunny weather and lovely venue itself we enjoyed the afternoon.
