So yummy! Highly recommend the mac & cheese - you know a dish is great when even the cold leftovers are delicious! Had a little bit of a mix up with the order, so Id recommend making sure to check your bag(s) before leaving with your food. That being said, they were so accommodating when I emailed them about the mix up. Highly appreciated! Will definitely eat here again when Im back in the area.

I was pleasantly supprised to find an all vegan restaurant relatively in the area. Its like finding a gem in the rubble. The food was delicious, and the kindness of the owner and staff was unreal. She really made you feel like home in her restaurant and you can tell she cares deeply about the quality of her food. My friends and I started our food experience with dessert. We all had the chocolate puddling lava cupcake...and let me say WOW. By far the most delicious vegan cupcake I have EVER HAD! I ordered the cheesesteak and mac and cheese, while my friends ordered the burgers and mac and cheese. The cheesesteak was DELICIOUS, as well as their orzo salad. All around a great place, and my friends and I will definitely be back! The 2 hour car trip was well worth it!

Everything was amazing! We will definitely be coming back frequently. Very grateful to have such a great place to go to now!Update 2020: I have been back so many times! I have tried the majority of the menu and I have to say its still 5 stars. The doner kebab is my absolute favorite thing on the menu, so much so Ive even made my own version from vital wheat gluten and lentils. I wont lie, mine was delicious but VCKs is so much better The texture is spot on. I also really love the spanakopita, potato salad, mac and cheese, kitchen burger, hummus trio, pudding, cookies, baklava.. oh actually, just read the menu, those are all my favorite!

This place warms your heart and fills your stomach. My husband and I went to the Holiday dinner and it was superb. Split pea soup, followed by salad. The most excellent chickpea and olive salad on the table to share. Beef Wellington, ratatouille, cauliflower mash, lentils, and sweet potato for main course. For dessert there was buche de noel with aquafaba mushrooms and homemade vanilla ice cream. And we finished off the night with turkish coffee:) An absolutely memorable night with great conversation and excellent vegan food, theres nothing better.

Great food! The seitan yeero and the falafel hummus so good. The pita bread was crispy on the outside/soft on inside. The home made tea was incredible. And the baklava!!! Easy online ordering and easy pick up after a Costco run. Couldn’t wait to get home, stopped off and dug in! Nice folks. Thanks for being here!

I literally just finished my first meal from Vegan Community Kitchen maybe 5 minutes ago. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The Waffled Pita Wrap was indescribable. And the baklava, of course, was an 11/10. And the portion sizes are excellent, too! I can’t wait to come back again and try more!

I just happen to be in the area and learnt about this place. Its a hidden gem. I eat meat but I also like to try vegetarian and vegan food. They have vegan donor kebabs, thats what got me intrigued. Anyways I decided to order their sampler. Service was excellent, food was flavorful and made fresh. It was obvious that they put care in preparing their food. I asked for additional tahini sauce and lady served me garlic tahini yum.

I love the Vegan Community Kitchen at the heart of Apex. My husband and I had minestrone soup, Iskender Kabob, gyro, cheeseburger and falafel. Each one of them was very tasty. My favorite was burger and falafel. The staff was very friendly making us very comfortable. Nice family oriented place to enjoy each bite.

Okay so Im not vegan first off. But I really like Greek food and the Humus is amazing! Id say you dont have to be vegan to eat here because the food is actually really good compared to what is around apex! It makes for a good lunch!

Everything weve ordered from Vegan Community Kitchen has been amazing. Its my favorite restaurant. My only complaint is that apex is not close enough to Raleigh, but Im willing to make the drive. If youre not sure what to get, the Authentic Yeero is everything.

The kale and quinoa salad is amazing as well as three bean salad. Those are my favorites but everything Ive tried from here is great.

Very casual setting and friendly staff serving outstanding vegan food. Had my first vegan gyro and it was everything I could have hoped for. The experience was very similar to eating a lamb gyro and the portion was generous. Also had the humus trio which was delicious.

I absolutely love the authentic yeero. It was so delicious I forgot to take a picture to show you, so im including the photo of my friends burger. The desserts are delicious, especially the baklava and GF cake. All 4 people I went with loved their food. Even meat eaters will love the food. My friend had the mac and cheese and let me try some, very good, it was different, but very good. Also very affordable, my yeero was $8 and big.The staff are wonderful people with excellent customer service skills. Everyone there is warm and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I will be returning even though its a drive for me.
