Front desk personnel gave us false information about what our out of pocket cost would be and what would be covered by the govt for a non-insured person with a covid-related visit. (They told us that there were no charges for covid tests for non-insured persons because of govt. grant). We were then charged us a $200 bill for a covid test and when I called to challenge it, they sent us to debt collection. What a scam. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I was turned away because I have iowa Medicaid, I have chest tightness and very ache muscles.Wouldnt recommend to any one out of state !!

NextCare was very very nice, it was easy and convenient and they were very thorough. I definitely recommend that if you have an emergency that doesnt require a real emergency Room that you go there.

Went in for a COVID-19 test 15 days ago because my minor was exposed to a confirmed positive CV-19 case. Still have not gotten results. Called Sonora quest who reported the lab results were in days ago. Call to NextCare customer service three days ago was absolutely pointless. Was told (three days ago) the clinic in Apache Junction would call and give us the results within 24-48 hours. They still havent. Called again today and was told the doctor will call when he gets to it. Whats the point of a COVID-19 lab test if you cannot get the results? By today, the 10-14 days of quarantine days has past and we have no clue if weve inadvertently exposed anyone my minor has been around. Would not recommend Apache Junction NextCare Urgent Care. Clearly, they are not interested in getting your lab results to you either in a timely manner, or at this point, at all.

I love them and they give valid impactful advice. They cant always fix something but youll know the next step.

Made an appt for a antibody test. Was in and out quickly. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Very long wait! The gentleman I brought in was very sick and we waited close to 2 hours when they said it would be a little over an hour. They should have sent us to ER, but after waiting so long I didnt think it was feasible to leave and go wait in line someplace else.

They work quickly to get everyone in. My experience was 5 stars.

Nurse was nice, the the physician I saw seemed like he didnt want to be bothered. He was not helpful at all.

Nextcare in Apache Junction always has friendly staff, they are prompt, professional, and proficient. My last visit I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

1hr and half wait time. When you dont feel good it feels like a eternity.

This location is always pretty excellent in all depts.& very convenient. Took 2 statsaway for todays visit only due to the provider. (Dont have her name as I left w/out paperwork), but she us the Indonesian (I think) lady. I had seen her once before & had the same of type problem with her. She doesnt listen to the patient & only hears what she wants to hear. I hated to even take an appt.spot, as my issue was minor but had a video visit 3 wks ago for a sinus infection, got meds & all cleared up except the annoying coughing up phlem. I go thru the same thing every winter with the weather change & know exactly what it is. I just needed a refill on the antibiotic to clear up the last bit of the sinus infection. Same thing every year. They would not do another video visit for follow up - said I had to be seen in person. The provider today said your lungs sound fine - I can give you cough syrup - I said that wont clear it up, only cover it up. She said take it 3 x a day & you should take covid test - thats what covid is ! Uggghh!! Listen to your patient lady! Not everyone is there for a covid test!! Needless to say, this was a waste of time again- because of her. Other than that - Never had a problem with this location or any of the other providers.

The experience was excellent and fast. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. The provider Anita knew exactly what to do for me. I would recommend this place.

I waited for an hour before being seen and then felt very hurried during my appointment. The lady in the waiting room when I came out wasnt there when I went in so I know she had less than an hour wait. I also noticed no one wiped off chairs after the people left. It wasnt like the person behind the desk didnt have time to do it. With the health issues going on I would think that would be a priority.

Everytime Ive gone here, they have looked into my situation and always did the best thing to help me through. Although, I went yesterday and I was very disappointed. The nurse was great, but the doctor didnt seem to even check me out to see if its possibly another situation. Seemed like he wanted to just get me out of there. It would maybe be understandable if it was busy but there was only one person ahead of me and maybe one other that I didnt notice while in the room. The moment he came into the room, he was stating what he thought was going on before even taking a look on his own, or even asked other questions for other possible symptoms.I may go back if I ever have to if its a different doc. I dont ask for a lot. I mean, its not like I wanna be there but I only go if I feel its necessary. So today, that one doctor kind of made me not want to make any future trips here if Id need to.

The care I received was first rate but the online wait from home pre-registration was a complete waste my time. Despite submitting pics of my insurance card, I still had to fill out all that information after I arrived. I also still had to wait 45 minutes after I arrived to be seen for care.

Great staff! Would defiantly utilize nextcare again and recommend to friends.

I moved here from Seattle and have been having a difficult time getting my records found by East valley medical which of already been sent, they addressed my issue as best they could and I was very grateful for that :-) I would definitely recommend them.
