We did the tour to the rainbow valley. Our guide was Daniela. She explained everything in spanish and then in english. I would have wished that she switched more often so you dont have to wait 10 minutes for the translation. But she definitely knew what she was talking about. The breakfast was basic but good. We expected to see a bit more for the money though.

Hit or miss travel agency, it really depends which guide you get. We did two tours, first one was to Valle de la Luna. Guide was not knowledgeable, didnt speak English well, didnt explain much to the guests. Worst of all, they sent us to the desert in a bus without air-conditioning, temperature in the bus hit 50 degrees C. They also rushed us off so we didnt catch the great sunset.Second tour to Altiplanic lagoons was much better, guide took the time to explain some of the history and ecology of the region to us. Overall, really depends on who the guide is.

My opinion is ambiguous.We did Valley de la Luna tour. The guide was not knowledgeable, compared to the other guide. It was more a point A to point B tour...We did a second tour to geyser tatio with Constancia. The quality of the tour was very good and guides are friendly

É uma praça pequena que um cruzamento de ruas. Cada canto da praça há bares e restaurantes customizados. Vale a pena ir durante a noite, pois o lugar fica com uma iluminação gostosa.

We did two tours with this agency to Valle de la Luna and la Laguna Cejar. This agency is pure mass tourism as it is lived in San Pedro. Both guides (names were both Carolina) were very unmotivated and did not tell us much. We wouldn’t have needed a guide for this tour, the driver could have as well done the job to tell us when to be back at the bus. Their English also was not very good so if you don’t speak Spanish you’ll definitely be in trouble. Definitely no recommendation when you are really interested in the area because the area is stunning and deserves good guides who are motivated to share their enthusiasm and knowledge.

Very average tour. We went to see the geysers. The pick up window was 4.30-5am. We got picked up at 5.15. At that time in the morning it makes a big difference and hanging around outside for 45mins is deeply unpleasant.It’s very much a point A to point B tour. Rushing on and off the bus. Information is provided by the guide but it’s nothing mind blowing.The breakfast was rubbish compared to other tour groups - terrible bread, not enough eggs for everyone and no cutlery so I was spreading butter with a spoon, using the one spatula for 26 ppl to serve eggs. The group next to us had bread from the gorgeous bakery Franchuteria.... which our guide also ate (avoiding the dry, tasteless, crumbly rubbish we were eating) - small things like that make a HUGE difference when you’ve been up for hours in freezing darkness.I wouldn’t recommend this tour. It’s not particularly cheap and doesn’t give you any experience that’s particularly exciting or unique. Go and visit the salt flats for a few days and you see all the same stuff but on a far grander and better scale. And the breakfast is better.

Very nice guides and amazing places we visited. But we weren’t well informed about the tours; we bought the tour online and they didn’t o petty informed for example about wat to eat or not to the visiting the geisers. They forgot to mention to take bathing clothes to get into the natural spring tubs so we missed out of them...:/

Buen Servicio, se recomienda!! Tomamos tour con Layana y andubimos super bien. Los guias muy simpaticos y responsables al igual que los conductores!!!

Entiendo que por las condiciones climáticas los tour pueden tener modificaciones, pero avisar a las 21.30 de la noche por correo electrónico que el viaje del día siguiente a las 4.30 am se suspende y que además ofrezcan otro tour por la mañana para no perder el día por la mañana y que al contactarlos respondan que el tour ya está completo me parece irrisorio. Sin contar que el día anterior sabiendo ya las condiciones climáticas adelanten un tour y avisen solo unas horas antes.

Hicimos varios Tours con esta agencia y la verdad que cumplieron expectativas. Destacar a uno de guías que tuvimos, Jose, el cual nos trasmitía su pasión por la zona.

Atención muy buena, todo muy claro, cumplen los horarios!

If you can, get a tour with Alex. He’s been the most knowledgable, informative and fun guide we’ve ever had. The tour with him was the best one we had done in atacama (and we did about 5!).He also brought us so mich luck in seeing animals, wild lamas, foxes, ostriches etc.! His knowledge of history, languages and everything surrounding Ataacama is mesmerising and if you get lucky enough to travel with him, you’ll have the vest time!
