The place is nice and clean... would have been better kung fast service sila... sepcially on events that they only spare 2 service crew... kaya medyo natagalan... and sana ung mic pag may event pa check po maxdo malakas at ndi na maintindihan sinasabi ng host... but over all it was nice...

Drive thru service is pretty slow. Speakers and cctv is fully functional.

Jollybee: business as usual! Not particularly large, but with parking lots and drive through. In the parking when you go out there is always somebody pretending to assist you and then asking for small money

Service is questionable, staff is a tad bit irritable, mainly because for the second time they got my order wrong. But food wise, its always good.

If I could drop a 0 star review I would. We just came from the drive thru service of this branch. Our orders were peach mango pie, an 8piece bucket with 4 SPAG, rice, drinks, extra gravy. We specifically said all Original, the lady who took the orders said it will take 18 Mins, and if we were willing to wait, we said yes.When we went to the pick up window, we asked for extra gravy and paid for 2 extra gravies at Php18 each. we were happy when they suddenly said that our orders are complete in less than 5mins. So we drove back to the hotel we are staying at. LO and behold we have ALL SPICY CHICKEN.I have a kid with special needs, HE CANNOT EAT SPICY FOOD. but because he is sooo he hungry we had to drown his food with gravy to try and mask the spiciness.We are not residents in this area, this is awful customer service. No wonder this branch has bad reviews

Very very very bad!! I ordered via grab..my orders are incomplete.. the fries were not included.. the drinks has no ice and their number is not even working!!!

Its quite spacious having 2nd floor for entertaining additionalc costumers. The service is quite good also. Although for last 2 drive-trus I experienced quite a delay regards to their service though overall its quite Good

The entrance to the parking is small and stiff. .

The chicken served to us is not crispy and seems an old stock. Drive-thru customers, be advised.

The foods need to be heated.

Atmosphere is good the only down side is the waiting of the fast food.

When i ordered a coke, there was no ice and the staff told me that the drink is cold naman pero when i drink it hindi sya malamig. Maligamgam sya.Diba resourceful ang management nila?! They could actually buy ice from 7-11 store kung ubos na.Another frustration, ung inoorder mo wala na.

Worst jollibee party ,, no name tag but it includes aur bill,,, poor service of the food ,, the crew doesnt have coordination to each other so they dont know what food gonna be serve... party host is not good,, jolibee mascot didnt get well to the kids,,
