Poor service... i had my eyes checked last Aug 23 ... they did not even mentioned during check up that it will take 3 weeks to finish my eyeglasses but i did not complain. They said it will be available last friday Sept 11 but I didnt even received a text.. I called them to follow up and their telling me that my eyeglasses are not yet available... I did not experienced this in EO megamall.

Update: EO reached out to me, apologized for the incident, and offered me discount on any frame Id like as a replacement to the broken one. I really appreciate it. Also, the staff named Joy who handled my concern was really nice. However, I wasnt able to find a new frame to my liking so I bought one from another shop. Anyway, they apologized and I accepted their apology. It all ends here I guess.-----Very bad experience - lens replacement. Staff broke frame. They wont compensate or replace broken frame because of the damn waiver. Anyway, I was wrong to trust these people to handle my eyeglasses. I suggest you go to other optical shops in SM Masinag for lens replacement.
