Best place Jollibee in sumulong very fast crew.

Malayu ang uturn if you wanted to go back to marikina...from drive thrue walang ibang way just to sumulong

I dont like tha staff! Sobrang susungit sila..

Walang delivery yong branch nato everytime na tatawag kami sa hotline nila di sila avail. Para mag deliver.. Onetime tumawag kami sa foodpanda pero nag cancel si jollibee nag antay kami ng morethan 30mins saka lang sila tumawag at nag cancel..... Dati sinasabi ng hotline my renovation sa jollibee masinag kaya walang delivery.. Kahit alam naming wala okay lang pero kahit gumamit kami ng foodpanda cancel padin!!!! Jusko....jollibee masinag

Typical na Jollibee: Mediocre linis, mabait na crew, may parkingan para sa mga 4 wheels. Yung sa parkingan motorskilo madalas ang punuan kaya diskartehan talaga kung kakain or magtetake-out ka dito.

I learned to check my orders after I went home without extra rice which I paid for. An isolated case which reminded me to check whats in the bag before leaving the drive thru.

Just giving a heads up to the manager of Jollibee Masinag. This is the first time in all my Jollibee visits that I encountered a staff who didnt seem to have a pleasing personality. Dont you require that in your job listings anymore? This is Jollibee were talking about. All your staff have to look, act and talk cheerfully at all times and for that to happen, they have to have it in their personality or at least pretend to be that way during their shift. Sadly, your staff Jessa didnt seem pleasant when I made my order during my last visit. She didnt say anything bad but the way she talked around me and the new staff she was training just showed how unpleasant she was. She never smiled and I even had to repeat my SIMPLE order because she wasnt listening the first time. Parang fill in the blanks pa sya magtanong.Isang S2 atsaka...?Annoyed, I just repeated what I said until she gave me the number for pending orders and just pushed my tray to the side to accomodate the next customer. Wala man lang sinabing, Iseserve nalang po o di kaya Thank you maam, see us again. Walang kahit na anong protocol na sasabihin. I just took it as a cue that I needed to sit and wait for my pending order. Para pa syang naiinis pag may hindi naiintindihan yung staff na tinuturuan nya. I cant thoroughly explain how she was. Wala naman syang sinabing di maganda pero hindi sya pleasant kausap. And to think that the restaurant wasnt even that busy at the time. I hope this reaches the manager of Jollibee Masinag so that this issue can be raised. This is not a big deal, but if the staff cant smile or at least talk to people in a nice way, dont you think she shouldnt be working behind the counter???????
