Ambiance is really fancy and good for photo opportunities. Background music is soothing; the instrumentals made it more romantic. However, the food we ordered was not delicious.The blueberry cream cheese cake slice was not rich in cream cheese. More of sweetened cream, I should say.The mac n cheese was too salty because of the sauce itself and added gooey cheese sauce on top. Buffalo wings was okay.The strawberry and cream frappe was good.Prices are too expensive and service charge is way too high at 10%.Thus, food can be improved. Service of the waiters can also be improved so it can catch up with the SC. I hope this helps to recheck those weak points. Thanks and God bless! #concernedcustomerhere

The place is so beautiful as if you are transported in another time where there are no problems only happiness. Decors sooo nice. I was asking if they are for sale.Food was ok. Sarap. Their cakes are ok, too. You should try them.

When my family came in the resto, ambiance is nice, very welcoming and the food is excellent more especially the Kare kare, Buffalo Wings, Mac and cheese. Its a must try, my kids love them ️ Chef Ram personally cook our food, he is very accommodating, detailed and very friendly. Overall experience is fulfilling.️️ Well looking forward for the next visit.

For this visit, we just went there for dessert. And again, even if its a bit costly.. the place and the food will never dissappoint. :)

I travelled all the way from cavite just to try this resto. My friend suggest that i must try purple loves food. Hindi ako nagsisisi. The food was great. The staff was very accomodating. And I personally meet the man behind all those great food... Thank you CHEF RAM.....

All negative reviews (also from TripAdvisor) are true. To think that the bad reviews were given almost 6 months ago, its shocking that we had an even worse experience. Its like they didnt improve even a little after 6 months. Note that they dont have a ratings option on their Facebook page, probably expecting other scathing reviews and cared more about their reputation than improving the actual service and food they provide.They served our first order after 30 mins, which was okay because we understood the waiting time for dishes to be cooked. But if we didnt follow up on the rest of our order, they wont think to serve it anymore. Our second order came after 45 minutes, and they dont plan on serving the third one anytime soon. They might as well put us in separate tables if they want us to eat in batches. The waiters are blatant liars, saying they will follow-up on your order but deliberately not doing so. They forgot what our orders were and they just walk around pretending to be busy. They had 5 waiters on shift, and didnt assign one per table at least. We almost walked out to show our displeasure. We had to complain to a manager to get our third order. She had the nerve to say that the burger will be prepared in 30-45 minutes, even if weve been waiting for 1 hour already. She apologized (which she s probably used to doing) but no action was taken until we got really angry. Their kare-kare is P450 (more expensive than Maxs) but they served us carinderia quality, with measly vegetables and cut up beef and more bones to make it look like its good for sharing. Kraft mac and cheese was better than what they served, and the burger was undercooked. I asked the manager to cut the service charge to 50% because of the HORRIBLE service, but she duped us into giving a 5% discount, which did not amount to the price she promised but we just let it go because arguing with people who dont care would ruin our night more. The other tables around us also complained about poor service, some of them complained about wrong orders and long, unfair waiting times. Our night was ruined. They charge too much for mediocre food, they shouldve compensated with good service at least, but the service is the worst part. You can expect us to never go back and warn others of your overpriced but terrible food and services.
