Best public ice facility Ive seen. Large and clean. Well run. More than skate rentals, you can rent equipment to play. Great concessions that include beer. Glasses in viewing area lets spectators enjoy viewing games in comfort. Terrific staff.

Fun place. Make sure to fill out your waivers online before you go the first time. Sessions for the Public are 1.5 hours long and they have 2 Public Skate Sessions a day on weekends (check their website for a calendar). If you dont fill out the waiver online make sure to get there early enough to fill it out and purchase your tickets/rent skates or you will end up missing most of your time on the ice!

You dont get what you pay for. $10.00 for skate rental and skating...ice is rough. Dont expect the ice to be smooth for skating. Ive been on pond ice smoother than this! Would not recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be going somewhere else for ice skating.

The public skate is really crowded, which is common but what makes this one worse is the ice is not very well kept.Im a pretty novice skater, Im not going to lie, but the ice was extremely slick and hadnt been resurfaced in a while. My skates slipped a few times due to this...luckily I didnt hit anyone or fall in the process.

Attended the public skating session. The staff mainly 2 girls working Christmas Day were unprofessional and crude. They gave my son bad skates. Those disrespectful girls need training as they are working in a customer centric environment.

Hands down, the nicest rink I have been to in Tennessee and even beats alot of rinks up north. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. Everyone I talked to or ran across had smiles on their faces and were beyond nice. Good Job!!!!

Very nice arena! The seating in each arena wasnt the best to view the game. The cyclone fencing has some joint edges that snagged my sweater.
