Dani was able to bring a little bit of Paris to my daughters birthday, when the events of 2020 worked against her planned celebration. University Flower Shop created a work of art!

I’ve ordered flowers 2 days before the delivery. $96.8 order. At the day of my best friend BD, at the delivery day, at 4PM!!! they send me this email:“ Hi Tatiana!I am sorry if you missed the notes on our website (I didn’t miss any notice as you understand, the website didn’t notice me) but we do not deliver outside of the 12 mile radius of our shop and also do not deliver on Sundays because we are closed. Belleville is about 20 miles away from us. Sorry for any inconvenience. I will go ahead and refund your order. Thank you,Dani”.Of course, I have no chance to order another flowers right now, it’s too late. Think twice before ruined surprise to people whom you love. After the reading my review they keep emailing... So, guys, seems you have enough time to argue, but notfor flowers . Your right hand doesn’t know what right hand did. Two different emails to one review:“ I am sorry you are disappointed. We really never run into this issue as it says multiple times on our website. People usually search the distance of the locations or call if they have questions. Again, it says three times on our site we do not deliver on Sundays or outside of the Ann Arbor community. It also says this as you are checking out in the delivery section as well. I am sincerely sorry that you did not see this information. We are a small boutique flower shop, we are not on any wire system and most websites do not have that eligibility to balck out those dates. We do incredible work and have amazing relationships with our customers. And we agree flowers are for love and happiness! I hope we can help you next time and we will happily put some extra blooms in your order. I came in looking for a last minute arrangement for the same evening, and I was initially told that all arrangements were done in advance, but the nice florist made me an amazing bouquet on the spot! It was exactly what I needed, the recipient loved it, and the price was well worth the quality. Thank you University Flower Shop, highly recommended!

Gwen did my bouquet for my late june wedding a few years ago and they were wonderfully beautiful. She was so nice, patient, and worked with me to make me the bouquet of my dreams. Another florist did the flowers for my reception, but after seeing my bouquet I instantly regretted the decision not to have all my flowers done with UFS, the flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted (even though they were out of season flowers and I had come in relatively last minute a few weeks before my wedding). They were reasonably priced and she is just so courteous and friendly that I have to recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for peace of mind and attention to detail!

I needed flowers at the last minute for a ballet recital. I checked online, walked across campus and arrived at 1:40pm on a Saturday. The door was locked but the light was on, no sign on the door. I called the shop and got voicemail which said normal Saturday hours were 10-2. I waited around but nobody showed. Disappointed.

Danie hit it out of the park for our 8 graduation arrangements. The sunflowers mixed in made everyone smile. Thanks for creating something so beautiful especially with my lack of direction.
