Barangay Casay celebrates its Annual and Religious fiesta every October 13th -15th of the year. Various activities and events were planned for the entertainment and enjoyment of balik bayans, balik barangays, guests, visitors and residents. There is a Live Band concert, playground demonstrations, boat racing competition, basketball tournament, disco derby and many more. Concerned residents are very generous in their financial assistance which added to the success of the festivities every year. Cooperation and unity of all locals and the support of OFWs are obviously the strong factors of what is CASAY now often times mistaken as a town rather than a barangay especially now under the leadership of Punong Barangay Raffy L. Mariño wherein growth and development through projects which improve the lives of Casaynon had taken place.
