The Angono branch needs to re-evaluate its COVID-19 protocols. Employees and managers are more concerned about getting customers to fill out contact tracing forms instead of observing physical distancing.One employee was quite abusive and pretty much bullied me throughout the ordering process because I insisted on gesturing towards my preferred products instead of naming them out loud. I wanted to avoid talking as much as possible to avoid producing respiratory droplets in such a cramped and enclosed space, but she wont have any of it. There were seniors (vulnerable age group) in the store with us standing close to the counter.She also got upset when I wouldnt go near the table with sanitizers and contact tracing forms with her standing right next to it. I have no problems providing information, I just wish they made it easier for me to observe physical distancing while filling out the forms.Its time KK reevaluated its approach to customer service in light of the pandemic. Your customers arent being difficult or rude, were just trying to minimize the potential for transmission. I understand that this is a stressful time for the food and beverage industry, but enhancing in-store protocols will help protect employees and customers alike.
