SEASONAL CAMPERS BEWARE!!! Don’t say you are not being warned. They are mean mean mean. Poor communication, poor wifi, poor hospitality. They will change their so-called policies in the spot because they feel like it and don’t want to make any accommodations. They tried telling me their “policy” so I asked for a copy and the response was, well it’s not in writing it’s just how we do it. The property is beautiful but the rudeness makes it ugly.

Site E38 was not level. But everything else was mighty fine.They are building a new pool with a Lazy River we were told. Plan on staying there again.

Always friendly, stuff for the kids, my family enjoys our stay every time.

Could not give a 0. We paid extra money to lock in a site. Called to verify site, things okay. Drove 1.5 hours and went to check in and our site was gone. We even drove there in person to pick the site! They said they would have a boat dock and now only seasonal get sites.they lied and lost our site. Im 68 and worst camp ground ever

MINUS 100 the most rude and disrespectful camp we have ever been to!We were in line as a large group w employee on golf cart was being let in about 4 cars!!You could tell they was all buddy buddy so when we pulled up he had been drinking you could smell it on his breath when he came to are truck and charged us 30 dollars because he said it was a pass for the whole weekend!!Drunks on golf carts all night music and the most unfriendly group of people ever met!!Good riddance you notice they don’t even bother responding to anyone complaints or concerns

Bathrooms were dirty. Floors wet and muddy. Campsite grass needed to be cut when we got there. Office/store closes at 5PM most days.

This is a beautiful campground, with a lake to Boot

Great campground. Lots of kids parks and the beach on the lake was very clean. There’s rules are fun friendly too!!!

Good playgrounds for kids. Clean facilities. Friendly staff and patrons. We will definitely use this campground again.

Took my kids for Halloween weekend and they had a blast. Looking forward to visiting this place again

KOA camp Halloween weekend was great!

Not bad campground, customer service was horrible, charged for extra people when i called and confirmed to make sure their wouldnt be a charge. I have previously called their twice to speak to someone 15 minutes on hold each time, I was also hung up on. I have heard great things prior to this turning to a KOA and for my first experience here was not great at all. I still havent had a response from an email that I have sent nor did anyone come back onto the phone line while waiting on hold. We will prob not come back here again. Extremely disappointed.

The lake was very nice, the park was ok, though I found the yearly guest not so friendly. They looked at us as if we were invading their territory, not friendly like at all. The staff was nice. We booked a cabin for two nights but only stayed one night. The mattresss were so hard, it was like sleeping on concrete. We were not able to sleep at all, so at day break we packed up, loaded up the truck & at 8 am we left. Also the WiFi was non existent. The store was closed when we left & we have called several times, no answer just a answering machine. Guess we wont be getting a refund!!!!

This is not camping. This is a bunch of drunks rolling around on golf carts and yelling into the wee hours of the morning. Absolutely disgusted by this experience. No staff whatsoever to control the noise. No such thing as quiet hours. Do not stay here!

Made a reservation for a full hookup site when arrived they stated it was now an electric and water only site. After some discussion they found me the only spot left in the seasonal lots. Staff in the office multiple times where rude when answering questions. They were even rude to there own employees. Not high on my list compared to the many KOA campgrounds I wisit

Very poor customer service, made reservations last year for this year labor day. Koa says they dont have a reservation for us even though we have a paid receipt, would not give money back,told us to turn it in to our credit card company, not their problem. We have been camping there for 15 years and we will not be going back. Ground was not mowed, didnt spray for mosquitoes, We would not recommend Koa.
