The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was always available and eager to serve. The Piccolo Padre Restaurant is a true Five-Star Fine Dining Experience. We would definitely visit again!
We tried to contact the hotel via 4 different methods (including calling) to confirm if the pool and hot tub were functioning prior to arrival so we didnt waste any of anyones time.We received no responses. They didnt even answer the phone.We arrived, and asked directly Before we waste anyones time, are the Pool and Hot Tub working, and is the Hot Tub Heater on? The ONLY reason we booked this hotel was for the Pool and Hot Tub.The answer was The pool and Hot Tub are working, but the Hot Tub heater is still under repair.We were offered to cancel but decided that as we were already there now, the hours spent in the pool that evening and next morning would be worth the $100 per night fee.We emptied the car, got the kids in, filled out all their paperwork and were then told it was now 4:45pm we could not swim as the pool had reduced hours and closed at 5pm.Obviously we were VERY upset that they did not mention this knowing full well how our ENTIRE stay was based on the Pool and Hot Tub, the Hot Tub was already not working, so we were going to pay $100 for a 3 hour swim in the morning???The Customer Service person was useless and actually made the issue worse. Eventually the head of security came and offered to extend the pool hours, which is what e had been asking for the whole time (or a refund) but no manager was available (of course).The Customer Service guy needs the sack, the Security Manager needs a pay rise.
Though we experienced an earthquake during our stay, and it was understaffed because of the covid situation, we managed to get out of the building because of its fire alarm and easy access to stairs. The hotel staff were trained, hospitable and accommodating. We woud have stayed longer if not for work.
It was a nice hotel. Pandemic so understandable that it was understaffed. Restaurants were closed. But had the junior suite at a discounted rate
Stayed at Asia Prime property about two months ago. No problems checking in then. They check to see that my wife and I were working in Pampanga This time I booked the hotel the same way. When I went there they said they were sorry we could not check in with having a voters ID which is required now for a Barangay ID. Of course I’m in Pampanga since last November to work and I’m a foreigner and cannot get a Voters ID. The front desk clerk said for me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I did do that and the hotel manager was kind enough to reply and also told me to contact Hotels.com and have them process the refund since that is where I booked it. After waiting a week for Hotels.com to process a small refund, Hotels.com sent me an email saying the property Refused to refund me. So I’m not
예약을 하고 이곳에 방문했지만프론트 여직원은 상당히 불친절 했습니다.거기에 예약 취소를 요청했지만 해주지 않았습니다.직접 취소를 하라고 나몰라라식 대처였구요.결국 예약업체에 전화를 해서 환불받는데까지 4일이 걸렸습니다.악질 호텔
This was our second stay within 5 days. We travelled to El Nido in between and they allowed us to leave a large amount of luggage plus our car safely at their location, very much appreciated.The room for our last stay was on the 5th floor and turned out to be a duplex room with a living room and a bathroom (shower) downstairs and a bedroom with bathroom (bath and separate shower) upstairs, most pleasant.Breakfast up on the 6th floor was good and we look forward to returning.
Horrible people ... Accepted my money for 2 week and booking without telling me I need test covid to book.. I still havent got my money back
Nice rooftop pool and restaurant, nice sized clean room. Good wifi. Quiet location but still close to the nightlife. Good BBQ restaurant close by. Free shuttle to SM, walking streets etc every other hour and other shuttle services upon request.
Was just ok.Air-con not cold and fridge in standard room also only designed to keep things cool not cold.Staff are helpfully and close enough walking distance to fields Ave.Roof top pool area was nice but when I was there was packed full of kids which kids being kids were noisy screaming shouting ext was just too much of a head ache.Also beware to keep door keycard safe as lost door swipe cost is 500peso

Nice clean hotel with a nice rooftop restaurant, pool and life music at evening. Good food and absolutely worth the money. Near to Angeles center, you can walk or use the all time available taxi or tricycles.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms that we stayed in are clean and cozy. I have to take note that there are some parts that needs repair like the bathroom doors (rusty due to the water), the drainage is blocked and some of the beddings have holes. Well, I guess its because the hotel is old. But besides, I commend the staff who gave us a good service during our stay and the rooftop restaurant as well have a nice view ansd the food is good!
My stay was fabulous, excellent service and awesome amenities. Good location, close enough to the action but not in the middle of it. If I had to change something, it will be the carpet in the room, it was clean but had a few stains.
Stay here was ok - satisfactory considering the amount paid against the service and amenities. Check-in: experience was great; I had called the day before to advise of late arrival and was accommodated without any issuesRoom: We booked the Jr. Suite and was a good deal considering the price paid for. I wanted and needed the bigger room space and the great bathroom (jet tub, shower, etc.).Staff and Service: the staff was accommodating although frontdesk was not able to communicate well - I had advised the morning before checking out that we would have been out around 1:30-2:00p since we had an engagement nearby (reason why we were there) and were accommodated; however, we received calls at 12:30p and were being rushed to check-out. It was a good thing we were able to finish up earlier and were in the room. This was a big detractor for me. Overall staff was great though, very courteous and helpful.Food / Resto: Food was ok at the 6F; however, they did burn my daughters pancakes then hid it by serving it flipped on the other side. We had to request to have this re-done and we already had to leave so ended up taking it out (and her not having proper breakfast).All things considered, this would be a good location to be based out of if you were to explore Angeles; not sure why this was classified as a 4-star; was more a 3.5 but is worth it either ways.
We enjoyed to large size of the room and the bedding was clean.We didnt like that the tub didnt have a stopper and that it seemed that we had only hot water. Usually it is the other way around.The staff we helpful and extremely friendly.
Enjoyed our stay here. Simple hotel no complaints plus it houses the best restaurant in AC, Piccalo Padre. Would recommend.
The staff is very friendly, wonderful breakfast at the pool on the 6th floor, 7 western and Filipino choices, room comfoirtable and clean.

The pool area and restaurant on the 6th floor is the best thing about the hotel, but the area right outside and surrounding neighborhood is not so nice (no good views, etc.) Also, the food is mostly medicore and the breakfast which is expensive is not very good at all. Not matter what you do though, the staff was always excellent.

Das Hotel hat seit dem letzten Besuch vor zwei Jahren im Bereich Sauberkeit und Zustand spürbar nachgelassen. Jedoch ist es immer noch in einem guten und angenehmen Zustand. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und der Service mehrheitlich gut. Einzig das Frühstück Buffet war für ein Hotel mit der angegeben Klassifizierung voll daneben. Auf die Frage ob man einen Orangensaft haben könnte hiess es, das es heute nur Erdbeeren Sirup und Lemon Juice gibt. Orangensaft müsse extra bezahlt werden. Weiter Kommentare über den Umfang und das Angebot des Frühstücks erübrigen sich. Das Frühstück ist für einen Europäer unbrauchbar und das Geld nicht wert!
Dont clean rooms, dont give clean towels, dont give tea spoons to make coffee. Overall very unsatisfactory

The staff were very friendly. The rooftop diner and pool is really nice.The room is a little tired and the bathroom soap scum badly needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The glass screens are not clear at all anymore. Needs attention.
Rooms are great... lobby space a bit cramp, but staffs are so nice, u dt feel it...

Very modern, clean and neat hotel, comfortable beds, nice rainshower bathroom, refrigerator in the room, swimming-pool and breakfast on the rooftop, close to the center of Angeles and near to Clark Airport...I will defenitely choose again!
Check in was lengthy. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom shower was clogged- standing in a puddle of water while showering. I have a double bed bedroom, the supply was for a single person- one cup, one set of bath towel. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no blanket!
Kid friendly hotel. The staff are very very polite and friendly and strive to help you. Hotel is clean as well the room. Trikes & jeepneys readily available for transportation to anywhere you want to go. As I was checking out there was a charge on my account for miscellaneous items.
Foods and venue are both great.
Na mistni poměry super hotel. Klidná poloha, ale všude kousek. Moc příjemný bazén na střeše jen pozor na číšníka. Je schopný zaúčtovat i 100% navic za pití které jste neměli
Great and best for relaxing hotel .
I noticed some are smoking rooms, they should make it a smoke-free hotel to maintain room freshness. I just hope they can keep their grade and not loose the quality of their rooms. The upper deck with the pool has a fantastic view of the surrounding area and is simply the best part of the hotel.
Their service in the restaurant and the bellboy is very helpful
