So before sitting down, I asked if they had A-1 sauce & worcestershire sauce and was told yes. Then I asked for peppercorn gravy on the side. .....I received mushroom sauce and on top of steak. and found out after steak came out that no steak sauce

Excellence front desk service. We arrived early around 9am. Clearly explained to us that we could only check in at 2pm. Was offer to leave our luggage at the front desk and was show to the nearest restaurant for our breakfast. At about 12noon, received a call from the front desk and informed room is ready. Felt great for the excellent service and will definitely come back for my next visit to Angeles city.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle service to where you want to go. I paid 2850 peso (60 dollars us) to go to manila. Laundry service is available. There is a minibar and also a basket of stuff,chips,Toothpaste, condoms etc. Good price. The safe in the room is ggod size i can put my 10 inch tablet. Also the airconditioner was good at times i had to turn off because to cold.

Nice and clean...mini fridge and big room....very quiet room...in the middle of all the bars and restaurants...no worry when u get drunk when walking around..

The bed was hard as a rock. The shower had little water pressure. The room pic did not match the room decor. I ordered room service once a simple omelette...they for whatever reason put way to much pepper on it. I only could eat half. The WIFI is terrible! Only worked half the time..Do an upgrade! TV cable had problems with the connection so the clown came in and started taping the cable wire onto the the wall for support rather then replace it. OMG! They suggested we move to another room instead of just replacing the wire, Then continued to blame the problem on the TV provider. Will never stay here again..They have a posted advertisement from AGODA that says 8.1 rating...I would rate this place a 5.

Lovely hotel on walking street. Nice big clean room, with large toilet. Had a restaurant on site. Minor issue with erratic internet, but that is common every where in the Philippines.

Great place as always. Two improvements I thought they could make this time is to fix the Wifi on level 4 as it was horrible this time and made me stay less pleasant.Also please fix the shower drainage as it doesnt drain properly resulting in the shower flooding the whole bathroom

Good hotel surprisingly quiet as its right in the middle of the entertainment area. All staff from the security, door man, receptionist and the room maids were great. issue the restaurant was not open. no lift so if you are on the 4th floor you might want to request lower floor room. but apart from that nice & clean place to stay

Actually the lighting in the rooms was a bit dark which I didn’t like. They should use brighter lights to complement the dark wood furniture as currently it looks very dark.

Nice property, but amenities in the rooms are lacking. No coffee service, no alarm clock and nothing but hand soap in n the bathroom. No elevator. Other than that, a great hotel for the price. I would stay again.

Pretty good hotel, especially for its price. Location cannot be better as well, in center of entertainment Area. Bar is reasonably priced. However you better check your WiFi and ask for modem on day one. I ended up struggling to get WiFi anywhere except entrance door or toilet room, which disappeared from time to time. Sometimes guardsman at front door looked unfriendly and unhappy, but oh well its rainy season i guess. Restaurant inside of the Hotel is ok, but you can find better nearby.

Minimum superior room for an good experian in this hotel

Hotel is great on walking street and very clean.the only down side is there is no elevator. If you are not in shape do not book the upper floors. You will be in super shape when you leave if you make the mistake.

Staff was friendly, the room was super clean and updated but when they spent money redoing the rooms they got mattresses that are like sleeping on a ROCK, super uncomfortable..... Food at restaurant was good but not great.....great location

Room is very nice but hotel staff not friendly to my wife.

Wifi has full signal but feels like its run off someone 2g flip phone.. so slow its useless..tried to pad my mini bar bill claiming i used a vaseline or my non existant girl guest did...well i sure felt like i needed some after this experience....also must decide between roasting your ash off or security. cause you must use key to keep electricity on. so .. do you lock the door or roast when you come back.. I wont be back.

Mein Zimmer hat stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, da alle Zimmer Raucherzimmer sind und wenn man das Zimmer verlässt schaltet sich die Klimaanlage ab. Daher nur zwei Sterne und keine Empfehlung.

The room was nice but it had extremely strong cigarettes smell and TV was mounted on the wrong wall for easy viewing.

Ive been staying here many years on and off since 2009 and pretty much always go back. The staff is always pleasant and the rooms always clean.I generally only get a standard room and it is more than adequate! So I imagine any room beyond is even better! The only thing that I think would drastically improve the quality and make it prefect is larger televisions. Again upper class rooms may likely have already but standard has tiny like 27 inch or less televisions. The only other issues is there room keys. They have these large metal key chains attached to the room keys and they are ear busting loud clanging together. Its like nails on a chalkboard when someone comes straggling home at 2 or 3am and youre sleeping. Its almost garunteed to wake you. It sucks even worse for those of us who occasionally do the straggling in at 3 am and want to sleep in late, because of all those early birds or those leaving for flights out..seems like you hear everyone whos leaving, in the entire hotel over 2 or 3 hours LolHowever, I think these are minor things. It is a GREAT place for the price. Unbeatable I think, in this area. It is right in the middle of all the action on walking street.. It is def worth staying and trying for yourself. Youll enjoy as much as I do, think.

Great place and location and friendly staff. Only irritants were:-poor wifi: connection dropped out constantly-Noisy housekeeping staff laughing and yelling every morning when I was trying to sleep

Good value for the price located directly on walking street. The rooms are fine but the Wi-Fi in the room is sometimes very bad. The beds are comfortable lots of selection on the TV air conditioning always works and theres always hot water.The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good lots of selection the owner kept giving us his personal kimchi so we kept coming back :-)
