This will be long. The guard at the front was eager to help and was very nice (it started well enough, this is the first good thing about the place). We got to the hotel around 1:30 since the email we got indicated that the check in was 2pm. Apparently they changed policy at the last minute because we were informed check in time was 3pm. There will be an additional charge for early check in. The front entrance which is a yet to open casino smells a bit weird, smells like an old place.On to the room. The room was big , but the bathroom was extremely small and cramp, the water closet had rust stains on the bottom and the rain shower head was broken, there is still the hand shower we could us so i didnt try to have it fixed.Lets not dwell too much on the negative or this will take me forever to write. Last good thing then... The staff at the breakfast buffet were ok.Btw the front door looks like a vault door and the hall way was not to my liking. There are a lot of other places in the area at the same price range that are better.

Xenia Hotel is located near the duty free shops inside Clark. It offers complimentary breakfast, free shuttle going to SM Clark and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (Clark Airport). Wifi connection is also free and fast.

Hotel staff are all polite and courteous. I also enjoyed the food, thank you!

Xenia is a condotel in Clark. We stayed in an Executive Room with 3 bedrooms. Rooms are very specious with a huge living area and 2 comfort rooms. The staff were great and so were the foods in their breakfast buffet.

Classy...hard bed though. More like a tenement from the pool area due to the hangging clothes. Breakfast is buffet, nothing special but service is good.

룸과 거실이 분리된 스위트에서 주말내 숙박. 샤워 수압이 낮아 불편. 복도쪽 괜찮으나 베란다쪽 방음이 좋지 않음. 객실에 비치된 커피는 유료. 누가봐도 무료로 보임. 주관적이지만 조식은 먹을거 없음. 한국인보다 필리피노둘의 거주율이 높음

Well its a very cosy place. I have just few pics since I really enjoy the seminar I attended. The CRs are clean, everything are in place, they have resto and bar inside and has also VIP rooms. I dont have idea for the price of a one night say but you can check agoda.PS: Suki ang mga PAL flight attendants and pilots dito. Ang dami nilang nakikita ko.

재가격리지정 호텔. 개인적으로 격리기간 먹을 김치,컵라면,기타 반찬 챙겨오는게 좋을듯. 시설은 나쁘지않음

Enjoyed our stay. Immensely relaxing!

入住五次以上，因為位置合適。很多問題都一直忍耐。但是這次退房服務員以房間有煙味為由要罰款10000p，本人多次強調未抽菸，期間多次查房均未發現吸菸證據後改為罰款5000p，本人要求報警到了警局之後承認是感覺我在房間吸菸，罰款2000p就可以了！毫無底線。本人在警察局多次爭取要求檢查房間，證明我的清白，並且給我道歉。最終因為沒有任何證據酒店退回私自扣罰的2000p和道歉。但是本人發誓絕對不會在入住此酒店，也奉勸各位不要去，以免被誣陷，還要耽誤時間就警局解釋。要不是本人確定沒有吸菸就被他們敲詐成功了！

The value for money was the best! Comfortable stay and courteous staff! Well i guess the bathroom and pool tiles should be cleaned properly to maintain the facilities much better!

除了服務態度其他一無是處，酒店服務員會誣陷你在房間抽菸，罰款10000p，酒店經理配合。如果客人不承認可以降價5000p，最後2000p也可以。本人報警後有警察處理才還我清白，退還私自扣我的2000p，以後絕不入住！

Overall a bit disappointed. Maybe its the floors but for a hotel less then ten years old it looks a bit worn. The hotel is OK but for the price theyre many other options in that area. The parking garage needs a little better lighting system and drainage issues (not too bad but could be improved) I saw quite a few employees siting around that should have been picking up trash. Maybe a little picky but I stayed there two years around and didnt notice a decline. The area is growing fast a lot of hotels are going up so Xenia needs to pick up theyre game.

I could not connect to the wifi. the shower stall was a bit small and had no ledges for shampoo and soap. but a great place for a short business overnight stay.

Pretty good place though you can feel that the hotel is old. Wifi was weak. Buffet breakfast was cold.

Nice big rooms. it seems it has been renovated from an old hotel. it has a pool and a gym at the 4th floor. comfortable stay.

Paid 150SGD for a king suite during the SEA Games period. Suite was spacious and comfortable; we even got the masseuse to come up for foot massage that was only about 23SGD for about 50 min. While this place is located at a quiet area only 5 min drive from the airport, it also means that there’s practically no amenities or facilities nearby except the 7-11 downstairs. I guess it’s a good choice if you just want a comfortable and affordable place to stay that’s not located in the sleazy districts.

Solid ok given the price, value for money. Decent, huge room, with a separate TV couch/receiving area. No gross negatives. Comes with buffet breakfast. Has a 7-11 at the back.

The hotel is just fine. Nothing extraordinary.To our dismay, the water heater in our room on the 5th floor was not working, moreover there was a difficulty in connecting to the wifi. What even blew our mind was when we asked the room to be cleaned before we left the room, our personal toothbrushes and toothpastes were disposed. The breakfast buffet was limited but the pastries were a delight.

Great place for a great value. Staff are accomodating but there are times that I have to dial room service several times because no one is answering. Also, their wifi speed is not that great, its usually slow. The the breakfast is okay. You get the value for its price.

가격을 생각하면 꽤 괜찮은 호텔임은 맞습니다.다만 너무 가격에 맞춘듯한 시설이라 조금 더 깨끗하고 좋은 시설을 원한다면 추천하지는 않아요

I like that it is close to the airport. The rooms are ok and looks good. The staff are friendly. The service is average and food at breakfast is average.

Check in/check out was so slow even if there was no queue. Three persons are behind the desk but they dont look up. Will not attend to guests unless you approach them. I was on queue waiting patiently to be called but no one acknowledged me, so the other guests who directly approached the desk were attended to first. 9 AM - No plates, no glasses, almost no more food left at the breakfast buffet. They did not refill. Anyway, I should expect this at a 3 star hotel.Dinner was good though.

The staff was so rude they wont even let me in the lobby just because I dont have the key card to my room with me. I need to wait for my companion for 2 hours because he had the keyroom. Very sad to this experience

There was a bad odor throughout the premises like a backed out sewage system that the staff tried to mask with spray without success. Place is great otherwise.

Checked in 10PM, we were so Tired and about to check in. Im always using my debit card to pay bills and reservations. Last night I dont have enough Cash with me, but the Front desk is insisting that we cannot go to our room until we pay the incidental expenses fee of Two Thousand pesos. I fully understood this policy, so i gave my debit card to the duty receptionist and told me that they dont accept DEBIT card. Only Credit Card and CASH only.I was really disappointed as the front desk officer told me to rather pay cash. i told her i dont have enough cash with me so please kindly Wack my debit card and bill me. But she insisted its not allowed.she suggested, to go walk on the other part of street which is almost 400 meters away to a BDO ATM at 10PM and a drizzling weather.They are really hospitable, and very accommodating in this sense.and to double the outstanding experience they they have a Cable TV that says The CABLE TV YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT WTF, It doesnt even work at all. It took their Maintenance 30 mins to figure things out.This is a VERY BAD experience for us to stay in this HOTEL as I was thinking, Hotels these grade should be practicing Hospitality and convenience.They let me walk late in the Night and didnt even care of the weather and the safety of their guest. ALL THEY WANT IS TO SECURE THEIR INCIDENTAL EXPENSE DEPOSIT.Im willing to pay!!!! just use my Debit Card, i have enough cash to pay these bills. There were no other options for them and they just dont care at all.-1 experience.

Very deceiving on the internet regarding this hotel. The room is cheaply furnished and dont eat the food. However the service and employees are wonderful. I just it was what the owners advertise it to be. I probably wouldnt stay there again simply because I know there are better hotels in the area.

Awesome New Year Party

Love the accommodation and the staff, the only issue I had was their door lock, it wasnt working properly which forced me to go down and have it fixed, and then I waited for a long time for it to be fixed and let me in. But they all are helpful and courteous.
